Es wurde zu einer Bierwirtschaft mit Metzgerei umgebaut. 2013 - erwarb die Familie Stergiopoulou - Pfann das Anwesen und führt die Tradition des Lindenwirtes als Familienbetrieb weiter fort. Davor führte die Wirtsfamilie in über 30 jähriger Familien- und Betriebsgeschichte sehr erfolgreich gastronomische Objekte in Nürnberg. 2014 - wurde mit dem Sohn Asterios, die dritte Generation mit in den Familienbetrieb integriert.
