We were told the retaining wall in our would be fixed due to a previous flood that before we were moving in and it wasn't properly fixed because we now have flooding in our basement . The person who was supposed to be showing the place showed up 45 mins later and that was after I called and reminded her that we were supposed to be meeting. Place was not up to par. Anywho I looked pass the imperfections and decided to go with the place. Gave them a $300 holding deposit and went and put the rest down two days later. Got the keys and went to go clean the place. Upstairs neighbor informed me the place was infested with mice and rats and that I was supposed to be informed . I was not! Went to go turn my keys back in and was questioned why I no longer wanted to move in. Told her the place is infested and she told me the place had been exterminated which I knew was a lie. I was told I was responsible for rent until they rented it out. Of course they took a while to rent it out and after they did, I only received back $332 after dropping $1100. Then one of the guys called me yelling and saying that my bf was in the house squatting and he said he knew me which was a big old lie he made up. Come to find out , they sent the maintenance man over to change locks and he was given the wrong address. They gave him the upstairs neighbor address and got it all mixed up. All they do is lie and take your money. Oh and they keep mice traps and poison on hand in the office so they know all their properties are infested.

The deal almost didnt close because of a lazy management company. I made calls to try to find someone else in their company who would help. Arielle F. was the only one there who cared and was very helpful. The manager of Angela, Terry H., also dismissed the urgent situation as nothing. He did not show concern and did ask for more information to remedy the situation. Angela should be fired, I've never dealt with such a rude person in my life. Avoid this company!!!

I have repeatedly contacted the Hunt Management office to request a refund for an additional Gate…read morekey I received on February 24, 2026. Two keys were distributed to the owners last summer, but I informed them that I only required one key. I am in the process of selling my unit and require the extra key for a Lock Box on the Gate. I signed a form last summer confirming my receipt of one key, but the office has been unable to produce the form after multiple attempts via email and voicemail. They initially quoted me $30 for the additional key, but subsequently charged my account $40 for the key I received. I've also asked if I can return the extra Key once for a refund, and yet to receive a reply. Despite my inquiry regarding the form I signed, I have not received any response. Their communication has been inadequate, and they have unjustly charged me $40 for a Gate key. I kindly request a refund, Thank you, Randy
