I told her specifically I didn't want anything dark only light blonde or soft blonde-medium. Just not dark colors. And she told me what she was going to do. Pretty much I understood nothing. I just trusted her.I showed her a photo of what I was trying to achieve or close . She said it would be low lights, nothing dark. I specifically ask her if something goes wrong, and my hair don't take (which I made that clear to her several times. That my hair only takes bleach). She said it it don't do what you want you can come back and we will had some more highlights or something along those lines. After my hair was finished it was completely opposite. I just got charged 167 (12 was for my eyebrow wax) I'm sitting here balling my eyebrows, while her and a coworker was saying it looked ok to make me feel better. That's not what I wanted and not what I ask for. My hair has dark in it, it has ashy looking color my roots are darker then they was when I walked in. I have a few blonde streaks. Brittany says she didn't put much dark in my hair but what little was put in over powered it. So I decided to just go back and ask for a refund. I was polite. I never raised my voice. And pretty much got rain out. And I left and didn't cause a scene I'm not that person. So then later I sent her a message and ask her if she would at least fix it like she promised the first two times and keep her word. And I did apologize if she thought that I was rude. I certainly was t trying to be. To me My hair is ruined. Well, No response. Just silence. I sent a message to her cell and her Facebook. If she would just fix my hair like she promised me she would that's all I'm asking for. I'm Not worried about the refund anymore she did work on my hair for several hours. I just want it corrected. I'll attach a photo of what I was going for and what it turned out to be. I'm so unhappy. I'm so sad, I'm so embarrassed to go out in public. Brittany please make it right.

Made an appointment for 11am on a Tuesday during my lunch break. I was informed 30 mins after my…read morebarber was going to be to late to cut my hair. Then I watch an older gentleman walk in looking for his barber. He was informed that his barber was sitting in the car and no other barber made an attempt to go get him out of his car but instead gave him a business card. Both the gentleman and I walked out without a haircut. For a haircut that is mid at best pretty poor customer service. Not my first bad experience here.

While they were very busy, they were able to seat me in a pedicure chair within 10 mins of waiting. I did sit in the pedicure chair for about 20 mins or so; but I got to enjoy the massage chair on my back, which felt amazing. Cookie finally came and saw me for my pedicure. She profusely apologized for having me sit there so long, to which I responded it was no problem and I understand being busy. She was able to finish my French Tip gel pedi quicker than I've ever seen done, and still do an absolutely fabulous job! Due to being pregnant with twins, I had a hard time bending over to put my socks and shoes on; and without a second thought, she immediately helped me. Her joyous spirit and positive attitude will definitely have me returning. I sat in the chair for a manicure about 10 minutes before De came and helped me. Told her I wanted a French tip gel manicure and she completely my nails so quickly. While I understood they were busy, she didn't really fix my cuticles much but instead just concentrated on the painting of my nails. Other than that, for the price ($70 total for mani and pedi gel French tip), swiftness and that my nails don't look too bad, I call this a successful trip and I will be willing to come back next time I'm in town!!

I requested my finger nails to be painted with regular polish and she talked me into a gel manicure. She didn't give me a manicure though and only painted my nails they look very sloppy. The pedicure was okay but it was rushed and my toenails were messed up as well. The lady told me I was done before I could even get my shoes on she had her hand out for payment. I went to walk towards the front to pay and she blocked the walk way with her hand out again. I handed her my card. I don't like how she was treating me as if she thought I was not going to pay. It was uncomfortable and made me anxious. I paid 115 dollars for a regular pedicure and my nails just painted. That is way too expensive for what I received and the way I was treated.

The gal that did my SNS nails is quite talented in her profession - these are the nicest nails I've had in a very long time! I'll definitely be back as this is now my regular place for SNS & a pedicure.
