For a few years, everything was fine (but my mom also checked in regularly on the cats). My only "requirements" were to feed them wet food daily (and dispose of any uneaten wet food before adding new wet food) and make sure they had plenty of clean water, and refill dry food and water as needed. Everything would be set out - food, trash can (to dispose of the empty cans from wet food and any uneaten wet food) paper towels & carpet cleaner (for any messes), etc. My mom generally scooped litter boxes since they were in various places in the house. As I said, prior to our last vacation, all was OK for a service that I knew was more oriented to dogs. This last trip however I was very disappointed. Upon coming home, we discovered that wet food was not disposed of timely and had actually become moldy. This single occurrence has caused this review and as such, I will be finding a new service or person that is oriented to only caring for cats and their needs while we are away.

My dogs have had - issues - of the intestinal variety and not even that scared her off! Heather administers midday medications as needed and I love getting the reports about how the dogs had a good time during the day. I mean, if I'm at work at least someone's having fun! (other dogsitter cancelled the day before we were leaving) Our pups aren't the easiest, as we were attacked ~6 months prior resulting in one of them being fear reactive to any other dogs, and the other one being anxious/easily overstimulated. She was able to safely keep them separate from her other doggy clients but still have plenty of attention & time in the yard. The space is really a great set up, with several individual little "houses" for dogs to stay in (like the size of a garden shed, climate controlled & set up to be like a home environment) and a nice big yard that looked like a doggy paradise. She regularly sent me updates with photos & videos, and it was clear she knew what she was doing regarding dog behavior & training and handled our pups very well. (She's on Summit Dog Training's short list of recommendations too, so you know she has the right approach.) She was also able to be flexible and keep them 1 extra night when we got stuck in traffic on the way home and didn't get back until late at night, so I could pick them up the next morning instead. This was really a great place, Olivia was a life saver for us in a last minute bind and was wonderful with the dogs, and I'd gladly bring them here again. Thank you Olivia!

Never any videos of actual dog training and is always a victim and claims to have any disability she hears about from people she victimizes. She claims to be bullied when she in fact is the bully . Stay away from her and other companies she starts because she changes names often to hide. Miracle paws is another one. This isn't slander as I have tons of proof. Lots and lots.
