They are reasonably priced, dependable and empathetic when it comes to our animals. We lost our two year old dog traumatically a couple years ago when she was hit by a car and they grieved with us and helped us in the process afterward. And they are helping us to walk through the final season with our 13 year old lab. They are good people, and we love the surroundings with the camels, zebras and kangaroos too.

On a holiday weekend my dog severed a main artery in a bizarre accident. Against all odds (with a…read moremassively bleeding dog) we made it to Trilakes Vet Clinic and Dr. Cranmore was able to save her life. It was a very grim situation, but she acted swiftly and with extreme expertise. She then kept her in the clinic for 2 days monitoring her status frequently, again, on a holiday weekend!!! Dr Cranmore and her staff are all top notch. It was a team effort with an end result that left me with the most beautiful, bouncing and healthy mastiff puppy. He was so smart, super friendly, and learned everything so quickly--I really couldn't have asked for a better friend. After losing Louis to veterinary malpractice by a vet clinic in Dallas, our family felt empty. I reached out to Jennifer with HHA to let her know how much she changed our lives by bringing Louis into the world and asked if she had any other dogs with similar personalities. One thing I love about HHA is that they take the time to really understand each dog's personality, then match them up with families who will compliment each other--and that's just what she did.
