We moved due to military orders, but when we recently returned to the area, I tried to schedule an appointment again, and they declined me. They told me they were only accepting clients who had been there before, even after I explained that we were previous clients and had brought the same dog multiple times before having to leave because of military orders. They still refused to groom her. They also said they would add me to a waitlist over a year ago, yet I've never heard anything back. It's disappointing to see how much their customer service has changed, especially after being loyal for so long.

What they recently did to my puppy was inexcusable. They didn't take the time to groom her. they just shaved her down because they said she was severely matted . She wasn't that bad it was just her legs were a little matted. I went in there with a yorkie puppy and came out with a Chihuahua. I think Snooty should be ashamed of themselves, and when I said that they shaved her down the smart response I got back was "I didn't shave her down as short as I could have". snooty used to be a great place, but not anymore.

The initial visit with a very rambunctious Corgi puppy presented some concerns on my part that the owner, Kelvin Abrams, would determine that Paddington was too rambunctious and might not behave. Perhaps Paddington needed more training. I'm happy to say that Paddy was accepted. Kelvin has a special bond with his furry clients and understands the needs of each breed. His employees are courteous and would spend the time to let me know how my dog's day was spent by providing a Report Card! At 115, 85, and 60lbs, my squad is just too big to bathe in the tub anymore. I brought my big buddy in first. The door was locked, so I rang the bell. Dee answered and walked me through everything, leaving me to wash but let me know where she would be if I needed any help. Each station has a gate, an opening in the tub for ease of entry & exit, aprons, hooks for leash/collar/purse, a hose with individual faucet so you can control the temp, and a dryer with 2 speeds. There are towels all over and you can use as many as you need, in addition to face wipes. You have to bring your own shampoo. When you're finished (take as much time as you need), just leave the sink the way it is, and the towels on the floor and they handle everything for you. I brought the big guy home and immediately returned with the other 2. Multi-dog discount! Absolutely worth the 3 mile drive and $$$. This is definitely going to be a place we visit frequently.

My…read morepuppy is already a frequent flyer at Good Doggie Day care and CPS is actually on the premises. So I dropped him off to play and Melissa picked him up for grooming. It was so easy! I told her exactly what I wanted and the communication was excellent. I came back to pick Hendrix up from daycare and he was beautifully groomed and tired from running all day. It was GREAT! :). If your dog is a member of the daycare, they just add her bill to your overall bill. It was just so easy. Unlike the ear test from Maryland Mobile, 3 days later and there is NO EAR WAX. Melissa actually cleaned his ears and didn't just say she did. And he smells AMAZING! It's been a while since his fur looked so shiny. I feel I can trust my pup with her.
