I also also purchase a 3-pack of keto-friendly pancakes as well. I had one of the bagels for breakfast morning and it was an absolute delight. It toasted up golden brown, had a great crunch and left me satiated yet not overly full or sluggish. I asked so many questions and she answered them completely and with a smile. The place gives this horribly rainy day a burst of sunshine. It's bright and clean with fun things to look at one the walls. There are a few tables, but I took what I wanted to go. I wound up getting 6 ice pops (paletas?) ranging from Mango to Jamaica, which is Hibiscus, which I love. Alexandra definitely made this a great experience. It's even more unbelievable they were open on the 4th of July! It was awesome Paul answered the phone, he let me know he would be open today. I was super happy when I found out I could pick up an ice cream birthday cake for the bbq we're going to. I picked up a quarter sheet ice cream cake and everyone loved it! Several people wanted seconds of the delicious ice cream cake. They also have a variety of ice cream which will be a great excuse to come back next time we're in the area. Paul is the owner of Hershey's Ice Cream & more and an incredibly funny guy.
