Was looking for a certain part did not work, the receipt say no refunds exchanges only so I went to get an exchange about an hour after the purchase. As soon as I walked in the door, I heard " WE DON'T GIVE REFUNDS" I said I know I want to exchange the item. I had to go pull the part, then was charged an extra $15. I stated that I thought an exchange was just that, I give a part you exchange at the same price. Not an added price. I said I appreciate that you are in the area. How ever I can do with out the attitude. He told me I had the attitude, And I don't need to come to them for parts. That I agreed with! Will not be going there again. I waited two hours for them to pull a drivers side window out of a van, after calling them an hour in advance letting them know I was coming. They charged me $50 and it turned out to not be the right window for my van. I had two different mechanics try to put it in. I brought it back and tried to get my money back, they told me they couldn't give me a refund but they could exchange the window. They brought me back the same window and told me there was no way it wasn't the right one and that the people I brought it to didn't know what they were doing. I asked if someone there would be willing to put it in for me since I couldn't find anyone who could. They said they would but I would have to wait until after the shop closed. I said I'd give whoever did it $30 and he said that was fine. Ten minutes later he comes back and tells me they can't do it until tomorrow and it'll be $40. I'm at a loss about what to do about getting my money back and still need a drivers side window for a 97 Chevy Astro conversion van. read more

Went to get a couple parts for my truck. Went to pull the parts myself after walking around this junk yard is out right not safe and when i went to the front desk they did not have a price list. Had to wait for the owner. The owner wanted to charge full retail price for the parts liked they pulled them. This place doesnt care about the customers. They will try anything to rip you off. This is not a place to go. The other junk yards have way better customer service. read more
