Admittedly, I'm a Starbucks person, but I'm not a diehard. The convenience of a drive thru place for coffee in Chino is too great of a pull for me to ignore on busy days. Unfortunately, this location just misses the mark far too often. The staff are typically always friendly and upbeat, and they are quick at moving lines but that's about all I can say that's positive. The coffee just tastes subpar to me.. bitter and almost a burnt taste. It tastes like they pull their espresso shots too early and use the ruined shots for the drink. Additionally, the last couple of times that I have been here I've received the wrong drink. I don't like their coffee for the reason above, so I've been ordering chai. Each time I've driven away with some kind of latte, not a chai, which means some other poor soul expecting a coffee is getting my chai tea. It might help if they would write/print orders on cups? $7 plus on a drink that isn't correct is too steep for me to keep coming back for. read more

Super sweet young man (dark hair) waited on me at the walkup window. Awesome that he was wearing a mask and practicing safe Covid19 protection. Simple iced cold brew and two iced chai tea lattes. Obsessed with this place in Vegas where I used to live, but after giving this place three solid chances, unfortunately they are out! You can expect to pay way too much for lukewarm at best, half full, overly syrupy, super slow Jo. The staff are children playing grab ass and not washing their hands. One of the three times I tried the location in Chino the girl kept my change as an unoffered tip. When I asked for the $7 back, which I fully planned to leave $5 anyway, the server rolled her eyes and said I have to get the manager to unlock it please wait. He didn't even acknowledge me when he came over to help and as he was walking away said So much for tipping huh? Complete shock to say the least. Another time I got almond milk so old it felt like sand. Franchises will be franchises, and you can't tell someone how to run their business, but I'm honestly surprised corporate hasn't nudged or stepped in at this point. Stopped here because the little stand looked intriguing and we could have used a stop to stretch our legs - turned out to be the best impromptu stop ever!! The person taking our order was very friendly and super quick to get the drinks out. We asked him about local places to eat and shop around and he was more than helpful, naming locations that we are now excited to check out! He mentioned he had already been working there 10 hours and was sent there last minute from the Prescott location...all I have to say is if after 10 hours you are able to work, be friendly, efficient and helpful you deserve way more than 5 stars!! Best part of scooters is their customer service. Coffee is good, great selection. Good competition to Starbucks. My only complaint would be their breakfast items are heated up from frozen and are kind of wet. read more

Stopped by there initially to get my friend some coffee but the menu is massive for a coffee shop. I hadn't eaten breakfast so I got the vegetarian breakfast burrito, a smoothie, coffee for my friend and two cinnamon rolls that easily can be shared because they're huge. Everything and I mean everything was delicious. The guy at the window (I wish I would have gotten his name) was so customer service oriented I thought I was in a five-star restaurant. The also offer these new Red Bull infused beverages, but there is nothing on the menu and the barista's don't want you to come to the window (in order to see what the options are) before ordering. This was my favorite coffee when I lived in Nebraska. I was overjoyed to find out this was opened here. Most people don't know that they make a coffee that tastes like any candy bar. I will take scooters over any other coffee place any time. They may be new to the area but they are well established throughout the Midwest. Freindly and professional staff. Went to scooters to give them a try. Ordered a large coffee & blueberry muffin. 10 minutes go by since I'm thier only customer I ask what the hold up is. The window clerk replied " we are making your muffin all warm and cozy since they are refrigerated . the muffin was horrible . no blueberries what so ever with a hint of imitation blueberry flavor . first bite the muffin completely fell apart in crumbs as a frozen then thawed by microwave would do. The coffee was mediocre at best and not get hot. Good luck in our small community . That will make a great location for a Chinese to food . read more

I want to support scooters in Chino Valley being as though it's more local but I don't think I've ever had a drink there that I enjoyed. And their prices are just as much as Starbucks so I might as well go to Starbucks pay what they charge and enjoy my drink. It always seems like something tastes off.
