It's very relaxing and quiet. The staff was very personable and knowledgeable! I picked a sweatshirt out of the back corner where the sale racks were because I didn't need to spend that much money. When I picked the one I liked, it didn't have a price tag on it but I figured it'd be an easy fix. Once I got to the front, I guess, the ladies at the front just assumed I was trying to jip them I guess because she made sure to correct me by telling me that I probably found it on the last chance rack and not the clearance rack. She went to find the price for it and came back telling me it was $75. I wasn't expecting it to be cheap but I felt like I had to go ahead and get it since it was such a hassle for them to beginning with. The sweatshirt even has a snag on it. The interaction wouldn't have been that big of a deal if they would've tried to find the price and then told me what they found. Just frustrated.

Brought my books in the day they charged me and they did nothing for me. It was my fault they were late but they could call or email someone before charging there account especially college students it over drafted my account and I contacted the manager to see if he could help and he did nothing. I even check my emails even my spam folder for something from them and got nothing unlike the manager said I was supposed to. When I told him I got no warning I got no reply. Terrible service
