There is a postscript to this story. I let the club know of my experience and they passed it on to the company director. He sent me an email apologising profusely and offering to refund the costs of my son's uniform as a goodwill gesture.
He also wanted to know the time I visited so he could identify which staff member it was and deal with it. Which is all great and I'm glad someone gives a shit. Sadly though I am sticking with the one star because the damage is done and shouldn't have happened in the first place. read more
