Selection isn't huge but you can get all necessary gear for a great deal. Shipping was quick and all the products were just as advertised. Very satisfied with my purchases and have since then bought more stuff from them. read more

I really want to like this place because there aren't many soccer stores in Utah. When going to the store or any of the booths they set up at soccer tournaments I can often find good deals on items I need you just have to watch and definitely pay attention because pricing is inconsistent from item to item. Unfortunately they are responsible for uniforms for my son's team (LaRoCa)and they are completely in capable of delivering items on time for a decent price (customer service is nonexistent). They have even messed up the order this year so bad that many of the kids don't even have the same uniforms. This is not a one time issue I have been dealing with these people for three years and consistently have poor customer service for anything more than taking something off the shelf and paying for it. read more

usually I don't believe what most people comment about business's but the first two bad reviews were spot on. I had called this location only to see if certain adidas cleats were available. The lady told me to hold and I could hear her having a pointless conversation with another lady loud and clear for 5 minutes. After they stopped talking I was on hold for another 15 minutes before I hung up. 20 minutes to find out if cleats were available and the business could not even do that. Terrible. Don't call or come here. It would be much more worth it to go to another store for better service and people that are educated with the sport. read more

I will never shop here again. Generally, the guys that work here would rather ignore you than come help. If you've been standing by the cleats for 10 min, then chances are you need help. When they approach you, it is so clear that they are bugged about helping you. They would rather surf their phones. The last time, I ended up arguing about getting my son's foot measured. They wanted us to go by his current size, but we are obviously needing a new size if we are shopping for cleats. After all the back and forth, dude didn't even measure him. When you feel hated while shopping, it's time to find a new store. read more

Our soccer club ordered our soccer uniforms from them. Many of us received wrong items, men's instead of women's, tops with no numbers, only half our order etc... The worst part is they are not willing to correct their mistakes, horrible customer service. Not only did our orders come incorrect, it took them over a month and a half to get the items shipped to us. Some players have been wearing old uniforms because they have not received the new ones. Parents have gotten phone calls saying that their player will not get part of there order because they ran out of that item. Come on scoreboard sports, fix your mistakes, don't take an order you cannot complete, and get it out in a timely manner. read more

Scoreboard sports has terrible customer service. I have left 4 voicemails in regards to a missing item in my order in 72 hours. I have received 0 call backs. Worst internet order I have ever made. Poor communication and sales tactics. I placed an order on Thanksgiving weekend in response to their advertised sales price. My order was over $200 and I didn't receive any communication until I sent the company emails. They responded to my email but after over three weeks, they stated that the bulk of my order couldn't be satisfied due to not being available. Avoid at all costs!!! read more

ONLINE ORDER: I never got an email confirmation the order went through. I called the number and they said the system was down that sent the emails. However, the gal was very helpful and friendly. The shoes were delivered within a few days to CA. Was happy since the size and shoe I was looking for is very hard to find. Plus free shipping and no tax!! I was in need of an item that couldn't be found anywhere near me, other online sites couldn't get the item to me in the time it was needed. Scoreboard had the lowest price ($6.00 less then anywhere else) and the overnight shipping was also less. Nathan not only pulled the item himself but made sure it shipped that day. Scoreboard sports in Bountiful is AWESOME. They replaced Nike cleats that were defective even though they really didn't have to. They simply could have said 'no' because they had been worn, instead they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our experience. I will absolutely shop there again - and recommend them for soccer gear any day of the week. read more

Do not pay them a cent, they won't ship your item and there communication is lacking and deceitful. I ordered a item in Mid November, they charged my Paypal and I did not receive any communication about the shipment or anything. I contacted the company after a week and they assured me that it was delayed because the amount of items I got and assured me it would be shipped the following week. The following week passed without any notification of any kind. I called again and they told me it would shipped later that day so I asked the representative (NATHAN) to please send me shipping information as soon at it shipped. Here I am, a week later without the item or any email about it. Now, they don't even answer my calls, what a terrible, distasteful business. They appear to have amazing deals but you're basically taking a gamble on this. read more
