Super-clean store with good lighting and high-end display features. Friendly staff to help with Q/A on products. I don't smoke, so I can't review cigars or any smoke accessories. But I take CBD to help me sleep at night, and they have plenty of options. I was very pleased with the attitude of the counter helper, as well as the quality of our purchase. Hometown smoke shop. Small, clean with plenty of room. The place is covered from floor to wall in smoke accessories so i'm sure you'll find what you're looking for. Also sells cigarettes for a premium price. My two stars is simply for the pricing of things. I can drive to Rowlett and spend $70 on two of the exact same brand of Delta 8 cartridges for nearly $40 less (roughly $96 for two carts at Scorpion). I've been here multiple times and have not been asked to join any "points program" either, not sure if they even offer one but many, many other shops in the area do to incentivize coming back. I'd like to say I'd be happy to pay the extra money for convenience but I'm not. The high price of select items is what will be the end of this store when there's way cheaper prices across the bridge. read more

They have a good selection of items, but it is very hit or miss with the authenticity of what you buy. A lot of the products sold are considered "black market" brands that don't actually exist as a company. Not only that, but the prices are outrageous. You can find it all else where for less than half of the price of what they charge here. UPDATE: Decided to come give scorpion another try because I was in need of a dug out, and sadly they are the only head shop in Rockwall. The staff was super friendly and helpful, no complaints there. My problem is with the price. I paid almost $50 for a metal dugout that can be purchased online for $13.99. I feel completely scammed and wish I would've taken my business elsewhere. If you need anything smoke related in the area I would recommend going to Peace Cloud in Rowlette. read more

The prices are absolutely insane. Any type of Delta 8, mushrooms, Kratum, etc have a 100% markup on retail prices. Not wholesale prices, RETAIL prices. So a pack of Delta 8 gummies I just paid $49.99 there is $24.99 elsewhere. That's 100% markup over retail. Yes I researched and confirmed after I walked out of there feeling completely ripped off. There are so many other options and hundreds of online retailers that offer free shipping. If you buy something and it does not work, they absolutely will not give you your money back and they will be rude and interrupt you when you're trying to discuss the matter. They are nice until you give them money. When you are talking about the problem. I will never come here again. I've been debating on writing a review but after visiting more smoke shops and reflecting I decided that everyone needed to be aware. I worked here for over 8 months, so everything I say is from an inside perspective. Everything in this store is overpriced, to the point where a $2.5 glass bowl is getting sold for $20 to even $30 if it "looks expensive", this applies with larger pieces as well. Divide the asking cost by 3 (sometimes 4) and that is what they bought it for. Understanding that there are overhead cost, employee paychecks and etc. We are trained to tell people the price is based on the location and product quality but this is just an excuse to overcharge. You can go to Rowlett where the rent is just as high and get the same products cheaper. Another important fact is that if someone were to return a delta-8 disposable or any other product that they believed was not working, and we got it to work we were told to wipe it off and put it back on the shelf. Now onto to the actual products, they get most their items from a wholesaler, the authenticity of these products are debatable at the least. The employees I worked with at this location were great, the owner simply has a problem with hiring people on the spot, without giving due diligence. The problems they have now include the employees doing meth in the bathroom. Briana and Stephen are doing the best that they can. Another thing that is shady is that the camera at the register records audio, this might not seem like a big deal but if you've been inside you will not see a sign stating this. It is illegal for anyone to record private conversations in a business or otherwise. It's sad because Rockwall needs a good smoke shop but this place is just one big smoke show. read more

Prices are ridiculous for such "cheap" products. & for how big the store is, the items on display aren't much to brag about. I purchased a stundenglass gravity bong just a couple weeks back for $500 cash. It was originally $600 but 5 with cash. I later got home to open it and find that there were 4 missing pieces out of the box. I also discovered 2 days later a smoke shop in Garland has the same bong (un-opened) listed for $300. When I called scorpion to complain about my EXPENSIVE purchase with missing parts, they laughed and said I must've misplaced parts. I sadly won't get my money back for it, but I've learned to not waste my time at this smoke shop again. Trust me, your saving yourself a bad experience by driving 10 minutes up the road. read more
