They usually have a pretty good selection of sizes as well. Like another review mentioned, there tends to be a shortage of staff on the ground. Once you flag one down, however, they tend to be quite helpful. Their Denver Hayes house brand has proved pretty impressive to me. I found that the treads on their brand performed better on my winter boots than my pricey Sorels. I now use their undergarments as a go-to brand whenever I'm restocking, and like to give them as stocking stuffers or add ons for presents. They have a nice selection of solid white basics, and a nice range of colours. I always check out their sales and clearance sections, where I've scored some nice brand name pieces like my Bench jacket at a really good discount. They also almost always have sales and promotions going on for seasonal items. I love their generous return policy. I have never had any trouble exchanging any item over the years. Also, because they're part of the Triangle group along with Canadian Tire, you get all that great loyalty cash at an increased rate. On occasion I've had to turn to another larger location, but in general, I can get what I need here. Definitely a go-to place for basics.

I bought three dresses (wasn't sure about one of them) but was told you have a week to return it (with the receipt ) Ok , simple. Four days later I returned it, with the receipt, and I put it on a velvet hanger ( I had thrown out the bag) I had taken the price tag off but reattached it with a small gold pin. The manager said they can't take it back because the price tag was removed (never was it mentioned by the staff that the price tag being removed was an issue ) I said Can't you use that price tag gun to reattach it ? We don't own one. Then went on, and said dresses with no tags are donated not resold They are priced at the factory. I asked what happens when someone trying on the Dress accidentally removes the tag in the dressing room? Pause. . She looks at my tag, types in the computer, walks to a rack of clothes and says your tag is for THIS Dress, not the dress you brought in. I said, So you mis tagged my dress? Did I pay more for my dress then? Pause. She looks at the tag again and said, you bought 3 dresses, I'm afraid you brought the wrong tag in. The printing on the tags are tiny (so to be cautious) I brought all three tags in, just in case. I Showed her all three tags at once. Silence. I'm with my daughter, who found a dress she liked (it was supposed to be a fun day with her) At this point, the manager (I asked) was fuming. I said, Look, I just want to make a Simple exchange. She huffed, FINE! Never ever again!!! My daughter, was in shock at the treatment. We will never shop there again. This manager was worst I've ever met. I don't know how she got to be the manager, but she is a very poor choice. I have reached out to the head office as well. Normally I'm speechless and let things go. not today. The demographic seems to be rich(er) women in their 40s - 60s... which isn't to say that a 20-something like me can't wear the dresses, but first I would have to shell out about $300 per dress, and second, I would have to find the styles I like.
