This was during a very suspicious period when they were "managing" the insurance claim process for a fire in one of the buildings that unfortunately was underinsured and none of the residents were made aware of this fact. In other words, residents were not informed of the gap in the insurance which cost each resident over $6,000 for a loss assessment. Amazingly they were compensated approximately $250,000 for managing the insurance claim process.
