IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE STAR I WOULD…read more Literally, the WORST INTERACTION I have ever had with a State Farm insurance agent. My sister called today and she spoke to JENNIFER EVENS to get our car insured. Jennifer Evans was extremely rude and condescending my sister is young and she was trying to get insurance on the cars.Yes she did do her research, but she didn't know all of the information and every time she ask a question Jennifer would turn around and get irritated at the questions. If you cannot be nice and have a good customer service when the customer has a sound mind and is asking genuine questions about your product. How would you be able to be nice and give good customer service if your customer just got into an accident in mind is chaotic. At the end of the call, my sister told Jennifer to just cancel the policy because of her rude and terrible disposition. Once my sister called me she was so sad because she really tried her best with Jennifer. Once I finished my phone call with my sister. I recall the establishment back and got the AGENT BRIAN WORLEY not surprised he wasn't better. He was also condescending to the point where I didn't even want to explain the interaction between Jennifer and my sister I just asked him to cancel the policy.BRAIN WORLEY AND JENNIFER EVENS are a terrible representation of State Farm. Poor customer service, false advertisement, and overall a terrible excuse for an agents. In my honest opinion, there are thousands of GREAT State Farm representatives to go to and BRAIN WORLEY IS NOT ONE OF THEM. AVOID AT ALL COST. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

I have been a State Farm customer all my life. My parents were State Farm customers before that,…read moreand my grandparents were State Farm customers before that. I have spent the last few months trying to sell our home near Mobile, and because Scott's agency got a change of address form and discovered that we relocated, they've decided to cancel our policy at the end of the month because the home is "vacant". Never mind that I have a ten camera security system running, or that we live behind a gated community, or that we live in a very nice neighborhood, or that my neighbor on the left is a sheriff's deputy and my neighbor on the right is the game warden, or that we've never missed a premium payment in all our lives, or that we're physically staying at the house at least once, sometimes twice a month, or that our realtor is there regularly, almost daily, or that the house is under pending contract; none of that circumstance matters, none of the humanity of the situation matters, their greed and risk assessments kicked in and dictate that they must try to ruin lives to save two or three corporate pennies. But that's not all, Folks, they went that extra Scott Pellowski/State Farm mile to go ahead send my bank a notice of cancellation! So now I'm fielding phone calls and letters from my mortgage provider over pending policy violations all because we're just simply trying to move and better our lives, and that made poor State Farm nervous. We have paid you premiums for probably more than 15 years, personally to your agency, and probably for more than 30 years to State Farm as a whole. Moreover my family has at least a 60 year history with your sad, greedy corporation, probably longer. God, you should feel shame for what you're trying to do to people and I hope you fail for going that extra mile in trying to make me, and people like me, fail. And for what, only in some desperate, nonsensical, imaginary, risk-assessed, algorithmic attempt to save a few pennies on the stock price for the corporate overlords? Absolutely disgusting, Scott, and you don't even have the vertebrae to call me personally. People that have a subhuman disconnect with the communities they serve, seeing them only as a revenue stream and an extra bean for their bottom line, are the entirety of what's wrong with this country. It's a disease and it's sickening. Your employees have called our phones relentlessly trying to information gather for you for months. I've personally undergone two interrogation sessions, as though I'm wanted for questioning by the CIA. Do you want to know my underwear size, too, to feed into the risk algorithm for answers? Your office has bothered my wife at work and in her faculty meetings. In all those 15 years while the money was flowing I sure didn't hear from you much, except to try to sell me something extra, but, boy are we popular with your personnel now that you want to cancel our policy over nothing, just being good customers for over 60 collective years. Be forewarned, potential customers, they have zero loyalty for you while expecting you to have unwavering brand loyalty to them. And they have zero humanity for you when you're just trying to sell your house.
