If you do not close the house on time, their contract holds the buyer responsible for $200 interest fees each day buyer do not close for any reason. So be aware!!! Quality: Fulford homes use contractors to complete the jobs and does not hold standard or accountability to the works performed. Even when I question the quality of wood they use in structure support, the project manager gave me a complete lie: I question about wood knots and split in the support poles. Project manager told me knots strengthen the wood. If you google, you will find out that knots in wood weaken the strength in building structure. Do not trust a single word project manager says. Value: Any thing you ask, prepare to be told as upgrade. it has been a nightmare.

Not only is my home beautiful, all the homes surrounding me are just as gorgeous and I love to drive in and out of the subdivision seeing different styles of beauty. I have witnessed how hard working the Fulford homes construction team works. I just watched them lay bricks perfectly in a dope design that I get to look at for the rest of my life. They work in tandem and at a high rate and they all know exactly what they are doing. Fulford homes staff is possibly the best of the best. I have seen many homes built and I have been inside quite a few new models and they are worth every penny. Take a ride around the area and see what they have done. Luckily, I found a CR Holland-owned property that had just been remodeled. The home had been remodeled quite nicely, but what I am most impressed with is the customer service, responsiveness and friendliness of the employees. I had a water leak and the within 24hrs, the leak was fixed and the flooring (including sub-flooring) was replaced. I had a minor electrical issue and they took a team approach to solving it. Highly impressive! If you are looking to purchase or rent in the Belleville, Scott AFB, O'fallon, Fairview area, I would definitely recommend contacting their office first before looking at other companies in the area.

The previous owner probably knew they were going to sell the property and spent no money on repairs or maintenance. Since TEH bought the property in November there has been repair work being done everywhere and the general maintenance has improved drastically. When I call the office with issues they are quick to respond, unlike that with the previous owners. They even plan to open the swimming pool in the summer that has been closed for years. I could now recommend the Woodlands to my friends and plan to renew my lease.

This is a horrible place to live, I have been living here since Oct. 2017 and I've been having…read moreissues since then from my car getting broken in, my freezer going out and it took them at least 2 weeks I believe to get it fixed, they changed my locks without me knowing, my sliding screen door had several holes in it, when it would rain my bedroom carpet would be wet because the siding was coming off the building, my dishwasher don't drain all the water out and I still have two leaks in my bathroom. I've made several maintenance request and called the corporate office several times and things have NOT been fixed. I went to the office to get a copy of my lease and all my maintenance issues and tried speaking to the manager and she ignored me and then closed the office door in my face, I then called the corporate office again and asked for the regional manager to contact me due to the bathroom still leaking and the office manager being UNPROFESSIONAL. The only good thing that came out of it all was she finally let me out my lease with no penalties but now I have to find another place to live for me and my son... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE....
