I went to Dr Scott Jensen, dmd,pa on 8/2/22 for my appointment to have my two bottom lower teeth extracted on each side. Dr Scott Jensen is so nice & so is his assistant & staff are very nice. Dr Scott Jensen remembered me from10 years ago. I thought that was astonishing that Dr Scott Jensen remembered me from 10 years ago not many Drs remember their patients from that years ago.. I have been a patient of this office for over a year, following a referral from my dentist, and have experienced ongoing difficulties in securing an appointment. Despite my best efforts, the office has cancelled on three separate occasions, citing issues with paperwork and missing medical records. However, I have diligently completed all necessary documentation and verified that my doctor's office has transmitted the required information. The lack of effective communication and problem-solving has been striking, and I am disappointed in the office's response to these issues, which has been limited to brief apologies. As a patient, I expect a higher level of professionalism and commitment to care. I would caution others to carefully consider their options when selecting a medical provider and would not recommend this office without reservation. read more

Very unprofessional. Very non informative. Receptionist Ginny is a very snooty, self centered know it all. Glad my experience went as it did though since now they won't accept me because of very important information that I needed to know they told me at 2pm the very day before surgery. From day one they told me that I was getting anesthesia and the day off the procedure I needed to stay at the hospital for one hour after my procedure and them I was free to go home. That's it. The day before they told me I needed someone to sit with me for 24 hours after the procedure. Then Ginny gave me 7 minutes to call someone to find to do that. 7 minutes. While telling me that dr jensens time was valuable. And mine? I been waiting 5 months for this day. 18 teeth needing extracted. The day before they also told me not to eat it drink the day off surgery. So I ate and drank till midnight as instructed. Got too the hospital and they cancelled cause I are and drank the before and instructed that it was not enough time to have day l digested. 5 months for this very much needed procedure. Cancelled because of a lady that poops cinimmon and apple turds and feeds them to her patients at work. Won't reschedule because I didn't follow their directions for the procedure I was given half way in the day before the surgery. They said I should've known all of that info already.. Yes I should've known if the oral surgeon and his goons would've told me one day in the three months I was waiting for my day to come instead of a half a day before. Piss poor business practices, piss poor staff, and they wouldn't even tell me over the phone that they refused me for reschedule due to their piss poor practices over the phone or in person so they sent a letter. A letter. I give them no star as but the reviews make me give them at least one. They need to be evaluated by someone..the bbb maybe for so the bad reviews and their poor planned bad practice tactics. Sad but they are the one if few that takes Medicaid also. Got my wisdom teeth removed worst thing ever they didn't even take a hour or 2 , more like 30min And the fact that they even tied me up. They even told me to get up after getting done with the surgery with no with help like what ???!!!., had a lot of pain couldn't eat more like 3 or 4 days . Had to go to the hospital 2 time because the pain was bad , felt as like they just pulled out my teeth!!!!!, couldn't even sleep because of the pain. WORST PAIN EVER!!!!!!!! Pain killers that they recommend DIDNT EVEN HELP AT ALL!!!!! read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE as a new patient. IF I could rate a zero I would. My daughter had appointment scheduled with Dr. Jensens office for over a month. When we arrived was told they didn't have a referral for her. I was really confused bc why would the office call me to schedule, give me a confirmation call the day before just to show up and not have a referral. When I started to question this a front desk "secretary" Tonya began raising her voice and said it was the patient's responsibility to bring in the referral. Like its almost 2023 who brings in paper referrals. After sitting there over a hour was finally called back. Clinical staff was nice but once I was about to leave TONYA the "secretary" called me to the counter to continue to talk about the referral still raising her voice. The office mgr was there at the point and heard the way Tonya was speaking to me..you think she took the time to get her unprofessional employee under control NOPE! She stood there like a spectator and did nothing. I was asked to wait in the car..REALLY?!?! I have NEVER experienced anything in my life like this at a Dr office. The lack of professionalism at the front desk leaves a complete dis-taste for the entire practice. UNTIL TONYA is out the door and they have better quality front desk staff I will continue to express what happened to me. I've already contacted the regional manager from the office that referred me. They will no longer be referring any patients to Dr Jensen! Please do NOT waste your time and money. No one deserves to be treated in such disrespect and be expected to pay. read more

Dr. Jensen and his staff could not have taken better care of me. I went in to get some teeth pulled, his staff members at the front desk were very pleasant and easy to deal with.. so were his staff in the back that helped me get ready. Dr Jensen came in and greeted me with a big smile and made me feel right at home, he discussed the operation with me again to be sure we were on the same page which I was very pleased with. I have an issue with getting numb, it takes a lot for me to numb, I had expressed this and Dr. Jensen and his staff made absolutely sure I was completely numb and comfortable before they proceeded. After the fact they were very thorough with the care instructions and following up with me to be sure I was healing well. I could go on and on about how great the visit was.. so needless to say I will be back, and would absolutely recommend Dr. Jensen to anyone!! read more

I had the honor to bring my daughter to this office, as the youngest patient Dr. Jensen had treated in his office. We had an unexpected need for an extraction and came straight from her Dentist with a referral and they were ready and waiting on us upon our arrival. This can be a scary experience to a 5 year old but she was put to ease by the comfort of the staff who made small talk with her accompanied by jokes from the Doctor. This actually happened a second time with a need for a second extraction and of course we knew right where we wanted to go. Of course, I was not allowed in the room but when I saw my daughter was comfortable it settled my nerves. I had an appointment with Dr Jensen back in March to have an implant placed in the top of my mouth. Stephanie was super helpful in getting my insurance lined up for the procedure. Everything went great! I woke up and had very little pain. Recovered well no pain medicine needed and no infection. So impressed that they have a CT scanner to check out my jaw and how it's healing. Thanks to Dr Jensen and his staff for restoring my ability to chew a good burger or steak. read more

Just don't waste your time or money! After having a pleasant experience with my son who needed four teeth removed before braces I decided to trust Dr. Jensen to remove my daughter's wisdom teeth. This was a huge mistake! The anesthesiologist, a Mark Smith, according to the receptionist, totally terrified my daughter. He insulted her and tried to rush putting her under for the surgery. She told me after the surgery the things he said to her. Had I known that I would have taken her home and not let him get anywhere near her. The only reason I went to this doctor was because he was one of the preferred doctors on our Delta Dental plan. Let me assure you I have no issues with Dr. Jensen but that anesthesiologist, Mark Smith, Should never be allowed near any patient ever!! He should have his license revoked!! read more
