Bullies liars disrespect your time don't listen don't appreciate a patient who pays attention to her own health care. Nurse practitioner Melissa Cobb will lie right to your face and write nasty things on your chart trying to make you look like a bad patient incredibly unprofessional pitiful. Your time is completely disrespected I went across the hall from the pain clinic to the family practice clinic actually I pretty much said that I was coughing so hard I was coughing up a lot I was hacking up a lung they gave me a really weak cough medication 10 days after my appointment I called and said it wasn't working I'm still sick can I please get something different and I was told that I'd have to come back into the office why would I have to come back in the office was nurse practitioner race not listening when I was there the first time why would I have to take time off work to come in because she didn't listen. Why was I not asked what I've used before if I had an opinion if I had something as comfortable taken? I was also denied weight management I'm 62 years old with bad hips lower back knees and ankles most of that documented by MRIs emgs and x-rays and I'm carrying 40 to 45 extra pounds of weight and I was denied pain medication my lab work is perfect but nurse practitioner race Christina Reyes is very rigid. She doesn't think about you as an individual her statement was I don't give it to anybody with a BMI under 30 This is very interesting because she is extremely overweight herself so you would assume that she understood how uncomfortable is to be carrying around a ton of extra weight but nope 0 they take complete control you have no saying anything you are bullied disrespected shamed the whole ball of Wax. What Chris is really prefers is cheap cheap patients the kind of patients that think the providers here are gods. I kind of patience that do as they're told, have no opinion, and just go with the flow... I don't know that doesn't seem smart doesn't seem safe to me I'm not a sheep I'm an individual and you will not get individual care here you will not. Just like healthgrades look them up on trustpilot it's a big scam it's all pro doctor negative patient. I have a lot to say but I'm just going to sum it up with so I woke up in the morning of my appointment and I was actually feeling really sick because I've been having bouts of really hacking coughs late at night and in the morning I think it's related to me being chilly cuz it's a little cold at night anyway I almost called in sick until I realized that I was calling sick to a doctor's appointment. Lol so I went ahead and I went in and I told the nurse the nurse that came out first that exact thing that I almost canceled because I felt sick until I realized I was going to a doctor haha. I told her what was going on then when nurse practitioner Christina Reyes came in I told her that I was hacking a packing up along and the cough was keeping me sick because I was totally fine until I had a coughing attack and then I'd end up with sore ear sore throat and just feeling sick all over. She provided provided me a prescription for something I've never even heard heard of it looked like little vitamin e capsules and I can tell you what it did less than nothing not only did I not feel a thing but it didn't do anything for my cough so 10 days after my appointment I let them know that it wasn't working could they call me in something different and something stronger and I was told that I have to come back in now why would I have to come back in for a cough and a cough medicine when I was just there 10 days ago had a full exam full blood work and a lung X-ray this is a cough. Then I was told that I have to come back in and I said fine whatever I was annoyed but I'm like all right whatever now I got to take more time off work for this I guess they think one medication is supposed to serve us all you know you know like they think there's one antibiotic that everybody in this world needs one pain reliever that works for everybody one cough medicine that works for everybody and if it doesn't you have to come back in just a waste of time and disrespectful of our schedules and our work time. So I said fine I'll come in can I get in at 9:10 or 11:00 cuz they told me I couldn't get in till Monday I said fine 9 10 or 11:00 and I never got a call back never got a message so they blew me off for the whole weekend which is actually 3 days since I called and said I still have a cough which now puts me at day 14 did I wait for them no I did not I went to urgent Care and I paid more money out of pocket when I shouldn't have to because that's what I have insurance and a gp4 well that's what I had my gp4 I will no longer use anything that has anything to do with christus this is not the first time I've had major problems but it will be the last I have about three surgeries for sure this year and if my only choice is Krista's hospital or anything related to christus I will wait till 2027 and make sure that I have other choices. Please make sure to check out trustpilot and just to know that christus is is scamming you with all these five star reviews it's not true and you see everybody should have a brain of themselves and know that it can't be true because not everybody that walks into Christina reyes' office is loving her when they walk out. One thing I also want to add was that I asked her for semi blue tide which I've been on before and it works wonderful for weight loss I am listed at 40 to 45 lb overweight that's not my opinion that's the way it is I'm listed as overweight I weigh 163 and I'm 5 4 1/2 but I was denied because she's very rigid in her medications I mean she acts like she's giving them to you out of her own personal stash same way with the cough medicine oh no this doesn't work for you while you'll have to come back in???? Ok denied for weight loss medicine that I've been on before and let's face it folks at 63 if you're anybody like me you're sore from your waist down I've got hip problems lower back problems both knees both ankles and one bunion in my right foot multiple surgeries coming up this week this is backed up by mri's x-rays exams and and orthopedic surgeons and don't you think if I lost 40 or 45 lb it would be a lot less weight on my knees and my ankles well not according to Christina Reyes who by the way is grossly obese so maybe she doesn't know about weight loss I guess if she's not taking care of her own weight she's not interested in taking care of mine.

His office called to ensure we got the letter (3 days before her medications were to be refilled) and when we asked for the reason he wouldn't treat her any further we were placed on hold and never got an answer. I would like to meet mr. Martens and see if he would be so cavalier about cursing me to my face. Thanks Doc, for abandoning a patient in the middle of a pandemic.
