I had one lady tell me as soon as the retainer is paid " We will hit the ground running". Well they must be running with a walker cause after two weeks, nothing was accomplished. When phone calls were made they were never returned. Then we would hear, " Sorry, he was in trail and his secretary didn't know." How does his assistant not know he was in trial? They continually " loose paperwork" or never "receive it". The receptionists are extremely rude, and will put you on hold with out telling you. Also if you decide to part ways and they will hold your money until their billing quarter is over. I was thinking this law firm would have been great. I am sadly disappointed in the outcome and switched to another lawyer.
