I am surprised to see 1 star for this Law Firm that treated us incredibly well over 5 and a half…read moreyears. My father always said "If you need a lawyer get the meanest one you can find.". I followed my gut and got the best. Everyone did everything possible to make things right when it came to the suit against BENEFIS. They were honest, compassionate, caring and incredibly capable to us for years and when the case was over we felt like we had lost part of a family. If one needs an attorney in the State of Montana for any matter Ben Graybill, Mike and Raph is the place to start. I would trust them and their wonderful staff with my Life. I wish I had the gift of language to say better how I trust this Great Law Firm.

Don't let this place fool you !!! They will call you back or even email you back but it's a waste…read moreof time and the lawyers are idiots !!! If you have a medical malpractice case DON'T CALL THIS PLACE AT ALL !!! They will try and tell you that they don't understand how if you are healed you still have pain and they tell you that you are wrong and that you don't know how things work with your own insurance or seeing doctors for that matter!!! They don't listen to anything you say they just tell you to let them talk !!!! They will call you and all they say is I don't understand and I am trying to figure out the time line here !!! This makes no sense !!! They treat you like you are a stupid toothless simple minded okie who is stupid !!!! I hung up on them because I wasn't going to sit on my phone and listen to the stupidity coming out of their mouths anymore my time is to valuable and to precious for that!!! If you end up with this firm all I can say is GOOD LUCK !!!
