I responded, I know what my body respondes to! i said thats what works for me! she immediatly got an attitude raising her voice and said you can go elseware not once not twice but 3 times go somewhere else. She said something about not going to lose her Licence . she mentioned that twice, sitting down she started flaling her hands like a little kid im not giving it to you. she proceded and said thats all you ask for every time i come in.I had just see Dr Burns for my for my yearly check up I didnt ask for Z pac. Im not goving it to you. i said to her that i have a fever and throwing up green stuff, you know what she said to me, I did the same thing. So i said Z pack is the only thing that works! She responded as she moved her head with a spin an rolled her head back an rolled her eyes inside her head. I asked did you just Roll your eyes at me? she responded yes, your 70 yr old. i asked what does my age have to do what anything And what? she didnt reply. she broght a covid box I said i didnt need thaat. she did some other teststuck a q tip up my nose and walked out about a half hour later she said your test was Negitive.I should have walked out the way I was being treated? The way she rolled her head and then rolled her eyes, that was just a great performace! I cancelled my trip because the PA was not willing to take care of my needs. Oh 1 other thing she said to follow up with Adam my Cardio. Why I have no idea. Sincerely RM

As I recently fractured my ankle (very slick of me, I know), I was on crutches. When I entered the waiting room there were wheel chairs waiting to be used! The clerk came around and helped me into a wheel chair despite my trying to protest lol. There is also a plethora of free snacks in a basket on the counter! Enjoy! I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Bitterman. Intelligent, kind, caring and excellent orthopod. Highly recommend!

The first representative I got was Jane who was wonderful and told me yes my insurance was in network and contracted. After that when I gave her my plan information everything was perfect. Then the very next day after they saw my daughter I called in to follow up I spoke to a Kathy who was not only rude but she was unpleasant and I being the biological mother with a valid family court order who acquired their office, should have been treated with empathy and respect! I was treated like an outcast. I am very unhappy with my choice to choose this office and I wish I could reverse my decision never had an issue like this before and I am very disgusted! they stated they have no way of knowing if this is the most recent copy of our court order. I have never heard this before not even from the hospital, please advise? The office manager stated that the father and his wife did not add me to the medical form and that even though they have a legal document in their possession that's grants me legally the right to all medical records and information that they cannot get involved so what is the point of a court order if it means absolutely nothing! It makes it seem to me once you had my insurance information you were done with me and I will let my insurance Cigna know everything that occurred with dates and times because Cigna referred me to your office and they need to know exactly what is happening! I am very disappointed and I will not only follow up with Cigna and the courts because this is an official court order. Sincerely, Ms. Melanie Mejia

I chose the practice b/c my FIL has been seeing Dr. Waqaas A. Quraishi for ESIs for many years. During our first consultation, he spoke only to my husband while ignoring me. During that visit, I told him there was only one pain med I couldn't take because it made me so ill I couldn't eat, and it made me suicidal. After the first injection, I went to my CVS and found that he had prescribed that exact med. I called the office and was told there is no note about it in the file. He changed it to Gabapentin but was doling them out 14 at a time for me to take at bedtime. After the second injection, I called and left messages for Kathleen, his chirpy assistant who said, " Here's my direct line, call me anytime" for three days in a row. Crickets. On the fourth day, I called the receptionist and told her that if it was not taken care of immediately, I would show up in the waiting room and make a scene. Twenty minutes later, I got a call that it was done. When I found a new pain management doctor yesterday, he immediately diagnosed bursitis in my hip and offered to do the procedure then and there. I asked him about refilling my Gabapentin, he said, "Sure. Three times a day, right?" I was stunned that I could take it during the day as needed.
