Pincus challenged the recall on the grounds that signatures didn't match. Evidently billy was absolutely clueless that the recall forms can only be judged within its four corners and his crackpot defense was utterly invalid. Billy couldn't even present himself to defend his laughable defense, but instead sent a lackey to take the dressing down that billy himself earned. The arbitrator was livid and recalled the board. All of this cost our association tens of thousands of dollars, charged by and paid to this law firm, all to be defended by a cut-rate hack who apparently didn't understand even the most basic of the rules governing hoa's in florida. In my opinion, billy pincus should be removed as a partner and investigated by the florida bar association
