Mower slid in to our flower garden and they destroyed half of it while trying to get the mower out of the mud. Owner apologized and promised to fix it and bring replacement flowers. This seemed to be great customer service. This was 40 days ago. Won't return calls. I even offered to just accept a bucket of irises and call it a day. This seems to be a well worn pattern from this shyster...say what needs to be said ...then disappear. This is one of many complaints from our HOA. Several homeowners are working to get this unethical contractor replaced.

Called Tackett Tree Experts the day after lightning from a storm split a huge tree in my yard. One…read morepart was down and the others were leaning. They came right out and surveyed surveyed the damage. They felt the tree would be ok for a short time and that they would make it a priority even though they had other storm damage to deal with. I also asked them to give me an estimate on trimming for my other trees. They came the next week. Because of where the tree was and the wet ground they had to do everything by hand rather than use heavy equipment. They came early in the morning and worked until late in the afternoon. The crew did a great job on all of the trees and thoroughly cleaned up everything afterwards. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone needing tree service.
