They were there 12 hours that day. There's no way they didn't see it. They had to come back and fix it the next day. They removed the gutter screens and left several of them thrown on the ground at the back of the house. I'm still finding roofing nails in my yard, and on my driveway. After they finished our Direct TV wasn't working and we couldn't fix it from the trouble shooting menu. We thought maybe it just needed to be recalibrated. Direct TV sent a service rep. Come to find out when they moved the satellite dish to do that part of the roof they bent it. Instead of saying anything they just put it back where it was . Called the business answering service days ago, no response.

Make sure you call the contractor board to make sure thier licenses has not expired, and they are pulling the proper permits. This company will build projects they are not properly licensed to begin, much less complete. They just completed a roof on a church in Mountain Pine that far exceeded what their license allows. SMS Roofing's owner and manager approved the job, so they obviously do not care about local building codes. If that is not enough, the management decided not to pay their top sales rep a commission of $8000.00, I guess that integrity part in the bio must be a lie as well.

They were there even before the insurance adjuster arrived and then worked with me to figure out payment for the things insurance wouldn't cover with their very reasonable pricing and warranty. They even came back out and spent a good deal of time checking my yard and driveway for any nails or tacks once the job was finished. They exceeded my expectations.
