I wanted to believe in them,…read morebut the final straw was when I had a valve cover replaced on Friday last, drive my truck 8 miles and it began to over heat. It redlined as I came down my township road. I phoned them after hours now, a return call was made from them saying there's probably air in the radiator system. I parked it with the front end high and in morning I could only drive 1.5 miles before it nearly redlined. It is my work truck. I've been without it for the weekend and I left a message to that effect, saying I need to have something done immediately Monday morning. Today. I have not heard from them. I arranged for someone else to trailer it to his shop for repairs. Hopefully just a radiator flushing. I have had it with West Side Auto. I will not recommend anyone using this business. I will attempt to recoup whatever monies it takes to fix this radiator. Small claims court, if necessary and the amount is large enough.
