The cost to fix the lever should have been mitigated by the diagnostic fee, but that's a different story. A week later, 8/31, my husband goes to pop the hood on his car and the lever came off. My husband literally just paid $220 for the lever to be fixed so he calls the mechanic to explain the issue. The mechanic literally says "So what do you want me to do?" That is extremely unprofessional as my husband was just saying that he shouldn't have to repay to fix something that broke less than a week later. The mechanic did say to bring the car in, however, my husband was just trying to confirm that he wouldn't be charged again as we don't live close to the shop. The mechanic said "well I don't work for free" Get some respect when you speak to customers. No one was asking for free service - just to right the wrong. I 1000% do not recommend this mechanic.

We took the car to Mr. Trevino to see about getting heat in the car. Something was wrong. He noted the reservoir had oil in the coolant left over. And the radiator was gunky. He got it all cleaned up. New fluids. Radiator flushed cleaned. And we have heat. Excellent service. Highly recommend him if you have any issues. He's a straight forward man.
