Seeing some of their reviews online and success stories I decided to try them out in hopes of getting the carpets clean enough to rent again. I phoned their office, whoever picked up the phone (did not get her name) was fantastic, extremely professional, got me a cleaner a day and a half later. She also walked me through the quote and what to expect day of. The technician came in and saw the carpets said that he couldn't guarantee that he would be able to restore it and would do his best. Asked us to leave for a few hours and would call us back once he was done. A few hours go by we get a call to come check it out, we walked through the doors and was speechless. The carpets looked as if it were just put in, minus a couple small spots that were too far gone. I would recommend these guys time and time again, and in the future will be using their service if my property yearly with the change of tenants.

They vacuumed, dusted, swept, and cleaned the bathrooms, floors, and walls. The downside is that while the kitchen cupboards and fridge were cleaned quite well, the bathroom cupboards were completely forgotten. I would recommend thier service only if the client keeps a keen eye that everything is cleaned to their standard and nothing is overlooked. They are very efficient cleaners nonetheless.
