Took the Avant in for Transmission and Diff service. Had not been done in a long while after…read morecross country drive, and was throwing a code for the transmission temp sensor. I was able to schedule and they got me in within a few days. (They are a busy Shop) They were able to flush fluid, replace filter, service front and rear diff's and found a rubber seal was bad that they had replaced no charge. Since having the girl back, She shift perfect, buttery smooth, transmission code went away which was most likely to oil being abit low, dirty or bad sensors but they found sensor was good. Car is running like a champ and will use them again on my other vehicles if i can not do it myself. Thank You Paul and Team.. Nevermind the 1 negative comment. If you know your cars and take care of them when they need it, you will understand how they work and who to blame in Joe W case above. Aint the Shops fault.

When my car was hit in a parking lot by a teenager who was speeding recklessly, the damage was significant so it was hard not to stress. But Anthony made everything a seamless process from start to finish, dealing with the other drivers insurance company, my rental car company, I didn't have to worry about anything. Any business who thinks that I owe it to them to spend 3x more money to give them my business for a job that I can do myself, does not get my business anymore. I was seriously taken aback by the attitude of the owner to act like I did something wrong by doing my own car repairs. Replacing a battery is not a difficult repair. And I don't care if you think that the quality of the battery that I got somewhere else is crap. I brought the car there to try to find out why the battery kept dying. Even if the new battery I put in was crap, the previous battery was the one that he had put in a few years before and I had the same problem with that one for years and he knew that. There's something going on with my car that causes it to drain the battery if you don't drive it at least every few days. Anyway, I really don't appreciate being yelled at by any business for any reason. Maybe I could understand that if I was rude to you but not because I didn't hire you for another job that you think I should have. That's just totally out of line. I had mostly good experiences before. But they weren't so good that I could forgive this.
