    Went to Boo at the Zoo for the first time with my nieces and nephews children!! It was a very nice walk, train ride and decorated FANTASTIC LY!!

The services that we had used from Elite: 1) I bought my wedding dress and veil through Elite Bridal and my mom bought her Mother of the Bride's dress- my mom and I had so much fun finding my dress there- they have COUNTLESS options for all budgets and styles! If you book an appointment in advance I know there is the option to have a VIP experience, I decided to save some money and just went with a regular visit in the afternoon, during the week, and still felt like a VIP!! All of the ladies at Elite Bridal were wonderful and very easy to work with! 2) We did limo through Elite Limos and originally booked the Escalade limo, for a decent price. However, the Escalade had an unfortunate incident with a deer the week before our wedding but Kaitlin & Ryan were very kind and offered to upgrade us for free to the Party Bus or Hummer Limo- we chose the party bus and it was fantastic! 3) We chose to have our DJ through Elite Entertainment and Jeff Blankenship wound up being our guy! We received so many compliments all night on how awesome the DJ and music was and how no one had ever seen so many people on the dance floor through the whole night! Everyone is talking about how much fun they had at our wedding and I think Jeff & Elite Entertainment had a lot to do with that!! Thank you!! 4) We also chose to do Chiavari Chairs through Elite Entertainment, and they were beautiful!! I received a lot of compliments on how pretty they were and really added to the ambiance in the room! 5) Stacy from Elite helped us order tuxes through Jim's Formalwear and all of the tuxes looked great on the guys and they said they were very easy to order. Many of them needed to order them from out of state or far away (more than half actually!) and they also said it was a very easy process. My husband actually needed a different size jacket and vest when he received his in the mail and when he called Jim's Formalwear to get the new size it came in the mail very quickly TWICE!! He received it in the mail in plenty of time for us to get married. All in all- we would choose Elite all over again for the quality of service that they provided. Every interaction that I had with them via e-mail, phone, or in person was equally as personable and helpful. I have heard that some people in the area don't go with Elite because it's too "pricey" but I disagree- if you choose them for multiple services then you end up getting discounts galore! We actually saved money by going with them for so many things AND received high quality and trustworthy services! We ended up having severe rain all day during our wedding and some things needed to be moved around last minute- my aunt who was acting as our day- of coordinator on my behalf said that Elite was very easy to work with and that between her, Kaitlin from Elite, and Caitlin from the Regent (our ceremony and reception location) everything was taken care of! I can't thank all of the Elite Entertainment & Bridal employees enough for everything! We had the best day ever and I know that was in huge part to all of you!!

    Terrible Customer Service. Lack of commutation. Do not hire this company for your wedding…read more My husband and I hired Party Creations for our wedding that was suppose to be on June 18th, 2016. We had something come up and we needed to change our date to April 23, 2016. In the beginning the woman we worked with was great and very responsive. We had a big order with them and when we spoke with her and the crew there they were very excited for our event. Everything was great, we paid our down payment and then we didn't hear from them again. .. and then the date change happened. We paid a decent amount on the down payment and we felt bad that we had to change our date BUT life happens. When I spoke with the woman we were working with she seemed alright about it on the phone and I was actually very excited because now we had more money to work with for decorations. Although, when we went into the office and sat down with her and told her all the changes and how we planned to use all of the money we already spent on other things, she immediately told us that they were going to keep a large amount of our downpayment because of our "cancellation." We gave her more than 90 days notice. After a few moments of frustration she finally agreed to work with us. I could barely speak to her, all of my ideas had gone out the door and basically left her the basics. It took her almost 3 to get back to us with a new quote. I would call her at least once a week and she would respond to my question of where she was at with adding 5 strings of lights and a pipe and drape background with "Ummmmmmm.... Ummmmm... I am still working on it. Can I call you tomorrow?" then she would not call. When she finally got our quote back to us I was furious. We had originally ordered 10 string of lights at $18 a piece ($180 all together) and the new quote only had 5 more and the price went to $500!! RIDICULOUS! Her explanation for this was that one of her "guys" was 7ft tall and he could do the perimeter with out using a latter. There were many other things I had issues with when it came to the quote but I wanted to be done with dealing with her. The week of the wedding was a whole separate issue. When I called this woman the Monday before to ask what time they would be arriving at Piper Glen, she answered "Ummmmm... I am not sure. I don't know the schedule." IT WAS THE WEEK OF THE WEDDING! And then she told me she would call me back "Later" and when I asked what time that would be she responded " later today" .... ok thank you. Again, I received no phone call and had to call her back on Tuesday. SHE WAS HORRIBLE! I am not the only one who feels this way. I have spoken with three other brides who have had this same type of experience. The sales woman has terrible customer service and is very very bad at communicating with her customers. She is very rude and does not care that this is YOUR special day. NOW, the crew that came to set up for our event did a GREAT job! They were so nice and everything looked perfect! We had some of our lanterns fall down Thursday night and when I called to see if they could come back out they were there within the hour! I was very pleased with their work and if I could have just worked with them instead of sales woman I think that I would have had a way better experience.

    As a new director working with an existing committee for a big event, it quickly became apparent…read morethat the two stage pieces I ordered (delivered promptly) were not enough for our event. Some swift action on the part of the office resulted in the guys bringing two more pieces by the day's end which allowed the team to decorate as planned. They came precisely at the agreed upon time the next day to remove them so we could prepare for another event happening the next morning. Everyone was courteous during these arrangements and demonstrated true professionalism that will have me coming back to Party Creations for many other events.

Despite having multiple meetings and providing a detailed timeline, music list, and phonetic name pronunciations, several key things went wrong. The wrong song was played during the bridesmaids' walk down the aisle -- a moment we had clearly outlined and discussed more than once. The maid of honor's name was mispronounced during introductions, even though it had just been reviewed and was written out phonetically. Later, when my dress wouldn't bustle right before our first dance (scheduled for 8:15 -- still well within our contracted time until 11), the DJ stood nearby repeatedly asking, "How long will this take?" staring at me in a way that felt uncomfortable and unnecessarily pressuring, during what was already a stressful moment. While the songs we had requested were played during the cocktail hour and dancing, there was little to no crowd engagement, and the dance floor stayed mostly empty. It didn't feel like any effort was made to read the room or adjust. What truly pushed this over the edge was the complete lack of professionalism after the fact. I emailed the company -- addressing these issues in a calm, respectful way -- and never received so much as a reply or apology. For a company that claims to be experienced and professional, that kind of silence is unacceptable. Weddings are high-stakes, once-in-a-lifetime events. I expected better -- both in preparation and execution, and especially in follow-up. I would strongly caution others before booking with them.
