    Strawberry Habanero 8 Bone-In Wings - 1 Sauce
    JJ F.

Just tried the Strawberry Habanero Wings from Scovilles and DAMN--these things slap. First bite hits you with that sweet strawberry glaze, but don't get too comfy... the habanero heat creeps in quick and lets you know what's up. The balance is wild--fruity, fiery, and still crunchy on the outside! They're finger-lickin' addictive. Easily one of the best sweet & spicy combos I've had in a minute. Great service!! If you're into wings that flirt with danger while still being delicious, don't sleep on these. 9/10 easy. Only downside? I should've ordered more.

Came here based on a friend's recommendation, and it didn't disappoint. The bar is bright, very clean, with both indoor and outdoor seating. The service was good, our server was great about topping off our waters without asking and recommending options from the menu. But ultimately, it was the food itself that stole it away. For drinks, my partner and I ordered the Fizzy Peach and the Peach Please. The Peach Please had a delightful mix of tea and had a good peach flavor, whereas the Fizzy Peach is a drink that you want to mix well before sipping as the limoncello can easily drown out the peach in it. Both were good. We ordered a half order of garlic Parmesan waffle fries (super crispy and good) as well as a 12 piece order of smoked lemon pepper wings at mild level. They tend to make the wings hotter than most so I recommend going lower than normal, but the mild lemon pepper was GREAT! Beautiful lemony flavor, no strong heat level but the pepper added some punch. All in all, this place is solid for wings. It's expensive for what you get per individual wing, but the flavors are good and the customization with heat levels is good to have as well. Give this place a shot! If you feel like a true sinner, come here for lunch on a Sunday. ;)

This place is great! Some of the best wings I've had in Utah, perfectly sauced and crispy. The fried pickles were huge and crispy, the waffle fries were seasoned well and good. Service was quick and helpful. The place is nice but a little small so make sure you're prepared to wait a little if you have a big group.

Missing your favorite vegan wings from Trolley Wing Co? Scovilles has got them! Delicious crispy chewy seitan-based wings. You can customize the dressing and heat level, basically exactly the same as at Trolley. I recommend the vegan wings over the vegetarian ones.

Came here again and tried the teriyaki parm. Perfect amount of sauce and crispiness. As usual the mac n cheese bites and waffle Cajun fries were delicious.

Scoville's is a great place to drink, eat and chill while watching a game! The vibe is very laid back and part of that is the amazing staff! They are attentive but also give you the space to relax and watch the game. The wings are so delicious and the possibility of sauces is what makes is great! Any drink or appetizer you get here is a 10/10!

Menu shows $15.50, check was $18

When you're overcharging over 20% from what the menu says, it's just scammy. And charging for every ranch (even some I didn't order) is insane. Manager ended up giving me a discount after I pointed it out, but damage was done already. Felt scammed. Can't imagine how many other people got scammed without reviewing their check. Won't be coming back.

Dijon mustard wings, Jamaican wings, and cajun powder wings

Swooning over this brand new wing spot! I was pleased to hear of Scoville's recent opening as a wing enthusiast, and they lived up to my hype. We chose to dine at the bar and were happy with that choice, as our service was super speedy. The space is simple yet effective, very clean, and has multiple sources of entertainment playing on big screens at the bar. We really loved the tunes they were playing and the casual vibe of it all. I ordered the hot dijon mustard wings which were sauced to my liking and exquisitely spiced! Sometimes, it's hard to get the spice level right at wing spots, but Scovilles really nailed it. My friend ordered the Jamaican wings and the cajun powder dry rubs - both flavored really nicely. I can't wait to return and try more of their flavors.

If you love wings, this is the spot! The wings were perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and just the right amount of saucy. We tried a couple different flavors and honestly loved them all. The drinks were just as good! super tasty and paired perfectly with the wings. Fun vibe, great food, and a place we'll definitely be coming back to.

Plenty of parking. Entrance has stairs so we had to send someone to the front door to gain entrance for ADA accessibility, however there was a side entrance so no worries. It was pretty busy when we went but our food came out quickly. It was hot and fresh. The fries were some of the best I have had, and paired with their in house habanero ranch.. hell yeah! Wings were crispy and overall tasted great. Would definitely come back to try additional flavors.

    Completed the challenge.

Wings were great, our server Elena, was pretty bad ngl. Two of my friends did the Moab heat wings challenge. And completed it, we asked if they get any sort of recognition or anything for completing it, and all she said was, didn't you guys read the waiver? We get if it was in the fine print that we missed, but the level of passive aggressiveness and rudeness when we'd just ask her general questions, like if you don't like being in the service industry, no one is forcing you. Just don't treat us like we're an inconvenience, when we're just trying to have a good time. We had to waive her down every time to ask her for something, she never asked us how we were doing until it was time to get the check, we had to ask twice for more water/more drinks. And also, they don't do anything to celebrate the winners of the challenge? No board of recognition or prize at all? Literally no one cheered, no staff recognition, lol what kind of challenge doesn't give out recognition. Weak reward, basically takes away any glory of being a food challenge. At least Trolley Wing Co will ring a bell, give you a shirt and the entire staff with give you a loud cheer. That's what we're expecting, wouldn't you??

With all the hype about this place I was hoping it would be amazing but I wasn't blown out of the water. It's not bad but not worth me driving across the valley for. The wings themselves as far as how they were cooked was on point. The level of spice is also nice. You can choose how spicy and for me the level of spice matched their scale as someone who enjoys spicy (actual spicy). Where I was disappointed was I chose Parmesan garlic as my flavor and the wings were flavorless. Maybe it's because I did it as a dry rub instead of wet? I would go back and do it differently to see if they redeem themselves. Appetizers were good, fries, Mac and cheese balls and cheese curds are something is get again. But not the fried pickles.

    Jasmine C.

The wings were really solid and a great size. What's fun is you can mix the wet and dry sauces and it was super interesting. There weren't many people there on a Friday night which is nice.

Just over priced for how mediocre the food is. It's not bad food, it's no where near worth the price.

They have a little bit of something for everyone and my hesitation to go in (even as a vegetarian) was that my meat, eating husband and picky children would not enjoy it. I was also worried it would be overpriced and I was very happy to find out that there is plenty of meat, awesome options for kids, and the prices were incredibly reasonable for the delicious food and the generous portions. I went in with my gluten-free dad and I have never heard him say "I would absolutely come back here." if that is not a huge WIN, I am not sure what it is! I tried the mashed potatoes, cauliflower, risotto, and brussels sprouts and I would order all three again but HIGHLY recommend the mashed potatoes. My dad loved his chicken and my boys loved their steak. I truly cannot wait to go back here and have been plotting my next order with the takeout menu that I grabbed on the way out.

She raved about the flavor and could only finish half. I ordered a unique taco which had an authentic name this gringo cannot remember but it was built on a house made corn tortilla about twenty inches long and ten inches wide. It's like dining in a sun-soaked courtyard by the sea. Yes, it's a little kitschy--but in the best way. It totally adds to the charm. I've been here a few times, and every visit's been a win. It has a true mom-and-pop vibe, the staff is always warm, and while things can slow down when it's busy, that just means everything's made fresh--and worth the wait. (I don't mind. I came to enjoy, not rush.) This round: We started with a crisp, fresh salad and their classic hummus with pita--simple, bright, and the perfect kickoff. I had the Koofteh Meatballs--jumbo Persian-style beef meatballs stuffed with apricots, simmered in a tangy tomato sauce and served with basmati rice. The meat? Tender. The sauce? A whole flavor moment. My other half went with the Bagala Polow, a slow-stewed lamb shank served on dill basmati rice with lima beans and a side of lamb au jus. That dill rice? Unexpected and so, so good. Bonus points for the community vibes: While we were dining, someone celebrated a birthday--and they shared their mango cake with the whole restaurant.
