This is the situation we found ourselves in on our first night in Port St Joe. When we realized it (our solar wasn't kicking in at dark) we loaded the fur babies and went to a hotel. I messaged Tommy, 10pm, and he responded next morning (Father's Day). He wasn't available until Monday, but from my description of what was occurring he suggested a battery charger to get us through. We bought one and that saved us another night at the hotel. It worked like a charm. I sent him some videos and he already knew what the likely problem was. He was right on time Monday AM and let me know when he was 10 minutes out. He checked it out and sure enough it was the convertor. He replaced it quickly and made some suggestions as to why it may have went out. He did NOT have to suggest a temporary fix for us and could've guaranteed us having him come out and repair. I'm sure some folks would've called him and canceled with the 'bandaid' but he still helped us. We're so thankful that there are still businesses like this. I would highly recommend Tommy to anyone. Wesley asked me a few questions about the breaker type in the panel and gave me a few tips to check on. Turned Out the AFCI breaker was not GFI also. So I rechecked all the outlets and found a tripped GFI. Wesley gave me just enough of a "push" to get it fixed. He was very polite and friendly. I will call him back when and if I ever need more help.

Customer service is a NEGATIVE 2! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! BEWARE! Now the pool company has advised that because of the labored performance it can cause issues with a new system. Awful!!! Note: it being the wrong breaker was confirmed with another electrician but they refuse to admit that it's wrong!
