Their website claims to be 'The Best Flooring Services" and "We will help you every step of the way in choosing what is right for you and your home" but none of these were true. They dismissed my calls by telling me that they will call back, but they have not called back. They said that they are busy and will get back to me but no email, no phone calls to even decently say that they would get me a quote. I have been waiting for 3 weeks for just a simple quote and I have been waiting and calling in vain. I would change their advertisement to 'The Poorest Flooring Services" and "We don't promise to help you every step of the way..." It obviously goes that I would not recommend this shop at all.
