Even better, I was surprised to learn comic books were on sale so I got additional money off the latter purchases! The store isn't large and consists of four distinct parts: the front area, three small rooms, and a hallway connecting them all. Up front you'll find numerous trading cards and knick-knacks adorning the shelves. The first room on your right houses more traditional antique store offerings. Up one room (my personal favorite) is the toy collectibles wing. Think action figures and comic books. The final room is seasonal themed--mostly Halloween and Christmas. That one's kitschy to me but does open up the shop to more types of buyers who might find themselves in a holiday mood. Lastly, the hallway has videos and CDs, all a hearkening back to the physical media past. One thing I REALLY appreciate about Treasure Chest Collectibles is how they tag their items. By gently affixing sticky note-like labels to each piece, there's no annoying residential goo once you remove a tag. (Take note, Stuff, Etc. and others). Open your own box of old goodies waiting to be discovered at this small but fun place.

The shop was full of adorable gifts & a wide selection of plants, pots and other accessories. They had an impressive selection of "hard to find" plants like a raven ZZ plant & an Indian rope Hoya. Out of pure RESTRAINT I left with only a Brazilian philodendron and a card for a friend. I will be back if in the area again! Every year we purchase my daughter some type of ornament. Last year we did purchase her the…read morekeepsake ornaments of Jack the Pumpkin King and Sally. These are interactive ornaments that when plugged in to the special cord will sing a song and have dialogue. When we gave them to her Jack did not work properly as the speaker was extremely distorted. Amy's did take the return of Jack but could not Replace him as they were sold out. (These seem to be very popular items). So we still had Sally and she would sing her song, but we were missing the interactive exchange. Fast forward to this year. We purchased Jack, to replace the one from last year, and Oggie Boogie. We plugged in Jack and he immediately greeted us with a "Merry Christmas". Plugged in Sally to listen to them sing together, and nothing. This was a little frustrating. I did contact Hallmark through chat and they would not help me out and suggested I call the store. I did call Amy's Hallmark on Collins Road. The person I spoke with was very pleasant and did not have an immediate answer but listened to the situation and asked for me to call back the next business day to speak with the manager. When I called back the next day the same employee answered the phone and remembered the conversation and had already briefed her manager. They did try to troubleshoot over the phone and asked if I would be willing to bring all the ornaments and the cord into the store so they could see exactly what was happening. When I arrived I was assisted by the same person who had been so empathetic and patient on the phone. The had the last Sally ornament pulled aside to test with a brand new cord. We were able to get all three ornaments interacting and she sent me home with the working Sally ornament and a new cord. This was above and beyond my expectations. The employee was awesome and willing to work with me. Thank you for service minded approach and for making it a "Nightmare Before Christmas" Christmas.

This is the cutest little stationery store! They have so many cute and fun products in such a small…read morespace. This shop is truly the stationery lover's dream. I had to walk around the store several times to make sure I didn't miss anything. They had high quality journals, planners, note pads and letter writing sets from such great companies like Hobonichi, Midori and Leuchtturm. They also had a nice selection of pens including Kaweco and Lamy fountain pens--two of my favorite brands. Oh, and they had the funniest selection of greeting cards. This is what dreams are made of. Can you tell I'm a little in love with this place? My only complaint is that I wish they were located closer to where I live so I could visit them more often. I can't wait to stop in again to see what treasures they have to offer.

The entire Blooms team was friendly and knowledgeable, but a special shout out goes to Corrine, who was particularly helpful with my tree selections and coordinating delivery/planting.
