Staff was not very friendly and didn't seem to want to be bothered. Did not purchase due to poor customer service.

I went in while I was near downtown to grab some work pants and seemed like the employees didn't really want to be bothered. One of the ladies was nice and asked if I needed help, but the other one was very short and kind of rude. I won't be going to this one anymore especially since I felt like a nuisance. read more

I want to provide an update since my last review. I was contacted by the VP/CEO who was extremely apologetic and wanted to make things right. He explained they had transition at this store and have made improvement changes. He offered a solution to make ordering a better experience so I took him up on the offer. Have since utilized their online solution and am very happy with it. Looking to continue working with company. read more

Friendly staff sure. When you're in person and about to buy scrubs. Once you buy them, the service goes out the door. they didn't disclose that my scrubs will take over 2 months to come in. It still hasn't come in. I ordered a color (ceil) that they didn't have in stock. I tried to call to ask about it. And they didn't give me a time frame. I get that. But rudely said "WE WILL CALL YOU WHEN WE GET IT" Aw man. I want to return everything but I tried calling them three times in three separate occasions and no answer. Sucks. They still haven't called. It's been 2.2 months.... I live an hour away from the shop. I guess I have to go in person. read more

I purchased a lab coat online and requested embroidery. The process was slow (total of 2 months between the coat being shipped and the embroidery getting done) and the product is poor. The manger is unwilling to help assist me and blames the poor product on my choice of font and too many letters. Personally, I feel like the font I picked online does not look like the results on the embroidery-- however, if they knew the writing would be too squished to be able to read my last name you would hope they would call and tell you before creating an embroidered piece that cannot be redone. If you need embroidery do not go here. The staff at the actual site were kind and listened to me, but unfortunately this does not outweigh the poor product and overall service that was experienced. Don't waste your time or your money. Order the same product from one of the jillions of companies elsewhere. read more

I was sent to this store to try on some scrubs so my office manager could do a bulk order for our office. When I first arrived, the door was locked even though on the door listed their business hours and I was there when it was listed as open. After pushing the doorbell several times, I then called to see if maybe they were in fact closed. Nope! It turns out the lady was standing at the cash register watching me struggle and couldn't be bothered to walk around the counter and take the 5 steps to the door to open it. Instead she made a few snide remarks about how she kept waving me in and kept hitting the button to unlock the door. (In the afternoon the sun shines directly onto their MIRRORED door and I could only see myself in the reflection, I couldn't see into the store AT ALL) After looking around for about 15 minutes trying to get a feel of their layout, she finally comes over and tells me their pant hangers are color coded for petite, regular, and tall. Great to know! I try on pretty much every brand of scrubs they have (very small store that carries maybe 5 brands) and I hang them all back up because my mom raised me right. I tell the lady that she had been speaking with my manager about buying scrubs and she does this "IDGAF" shrug. It was then I asked her her name. Lo and behold, it's Amy, the manager who MY manager had been speaking with. It was then that I decided I didn't want to deal with her anymore that day since I'd been at work for 12 hours so I thanked her and left. I had to come back the next day because the pants I wanted, they didn't have them there in my size and I wanted to make sure they could be ordered. Unfortunately she was there again so this time I had no choice but to speak with her. I asked her could a particular pair of pants IN PETITE could be ordered as I tried them on in the regular but they were too long. She looked at a catalog and told me yes. So finally my manager calls to order everyone's scrubs and he apparently reached a manager higher than Amy. And he's told NO, these scrubs don't come in petite. WTAF?? What was Amy looking at when she told me yes they could be ordered?? She's rude and I don't understand how she made it to a managerial position because she also doesn't seem to know how to read a catalog either. read more

They were super busy when I went in to buy scrubs, so I did have a wait to check out, but everyone there was committed to making sure that I was getting what I needed. To asking what color my facility requested (I had picked up the wrong color blue as it turns out) to explaining the fit of different brands, everyone was very kind, understanding, and making sure I got my money's worth in scrubs that I would be comfortable in. The staff is extremely helpful! You feel like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman when she walks in with Richard Gere and they wait on her "hand & foot". Large selection of uniforms or they will order it for you. read more

This store is SO organized! And the staff is so friendly. It was my first time buying non-nursing school scrubs so I tried on a million things and Barb was so helpful! Great store, I will definitely be going back! read more
