I live in California and committed over one year of productive time/energy/services to conceive/design/deliver a World War II memorial plaque for installation in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. Dwayne is a subject matter expert who uses industry-leading, quality based cleaning/polishing/sealing products that are environmentally safe. He first used a waterless emulsifier product to clean the plaque and remove any surface debris. He then applied a multi-layer silicone sealant over the top of the factory clear coat to seal it. Dwayne's final step was a hydrophobic test to demonstrate the quality of the silicone sealant application process. The test clearly demonstrated that liquid was easily repelled, and so were fingerprints or handprints on the clear coat's surface. By default logic, atmospheric chemicals and environmental debris will be repelled too. A few weeks ago I had a house fire. I was moving what little items I had in my car. This left my car smelling like fire. I tried on my own to get rid of that awful smell, to no prevail. I had an amazing experience. My car was super clean and shiny even after the rain this whole past weekend it was still clean and shiny. The rain didn't leave my car a reck with water spots and pollen and all that other stuff. The products they used kept my car as good as it was when they washed it. They are extremely professional, good customer service, and super nice. Overall my experience was great and would recommend this for everyone, especially those people who are super busy like me and never have time to wash their car. My gorgeous NY Giants blue Ford Fusion needed a cleaning. I wasn't happy with the usual car wash places, automated or not. I mean sometimes I wound paid over $20 for good exterior wash, and it beads up anyway, collects dust and other marks. Then, i came across En Route, gave it a try and I WAS VERY IMPRESSED.
