However, if you want a brick & mortar store for expected knowledgeable care, Hart is it in NW OH. I wish I would have ordered online! 12/16/25 Darah at Hart confirmed they had the prescription from my physician. I confirmed with her the correct insurance info. 12/22/25 I f/u with Hart as there's been no communication from them from them about the c-pap. I was informed that physician never signed the order. 12/23/2025 Hart confirmed receipt of signed order from physician. "Takes weeks to fill a c-pap order". 1/21/26 I call Hart for status of my equipment since it has now been over 5 weeks. A very pleasant Jackie states she will email the c-pap team & request they f/u with me. 1/27/26 vm from Hart requesting I contact to confirm my insurance - again! I return call 1/28 & confirm my insurance info. 3/5/26 vm from Hart, c-pap is in. I call & schedule p/u for 3/10. It's taken 3 months for this process! 5/12/26 I call Hart & report I have not received a bill for c-pap & accessories & am informed no costs. "Everything must have been covered by your insurance" ...5 months from date they received the order. 6/8/2026, still no bill from Hart. Someone on their end really needs to look at their equipment inventory & receivables cycle. Not only did I not receive the equipment for 3 months during which time they could have received payment, I now haven't received a bill for the equipment for an additional 3 months. A total of 6 months that Hart could have received funds for equipment. Same date, 6/8/26, I receive a call from Eureka at Hart telling me I can reorder additional c-pap accessories. I ask what my co-pay would be & she states she will need to put a special request for this information. I instructed her that no additional orders are to be placed until I receive the cost information at which time I will call Hart & let them know whether to move ahead with the order. This same day, 6/8/2026, at 9:15pm I received an email from Hart letting me know the order for these c-pap accessories had been placed. I haven't even received the out-of-pocket costs figures yet much less approved them ordering the items. 6/9/2026 I call Eureka & instruct her to cancel the order reminding her of our conversation the prior day & that the order was never approved by me to begin with. The order was appropriately cancelled. 7/5/2026 I receive a bill from Hart for $360.82 for the c-pap & accessories I received on 3/10/2026. The invoice itself is absent important information such as what was billed to my 2 different insurances, what each paid, how did Hart arrive at the costs for me & how much did Hart receive. Info which is industry standard on medical bills. On 7/6 @ 9:30am I called Hart Corporate billing at 810-406-4450 & speak to Kayla about this missing info. I reviewed my conversation of 5/12 when I was informed there would be no out of pocket costs. She brings up they billed be 6/25/26 as though there's some delay on my part contacting them on 7/6 for further info. She is so determined to be the final word in this conversation that she repeatedly tells me that I need to look into my insurance myself and find this info. She also informed me that there was no note from my 5/12/26 conversation with Hart personnel. I redirect her back to industry standards and inform her that Hart should have this info on my invoice readily available to customers. I also question why there appears to be three separate charges for the same item, AirSense Humidair Climateline heated tubing. One dated 3/10, another 4/10 & lastly one dated 5/10/26. Kayla literally hung up on me! I immediately attempted to call back, planning to request to speak to a supervisor. Interestingly, the call goes straight to voice mail. No point in my leaving a voice mail requesting a supervisor since apparently Kayla is now screening calls & will be highly unlikely to facilitate this. I then called Hart in Monclova and was informed that all billing questions must go through the original number I called when I spoke with Kayla. 7/9/2026 I receive a second bill from Hart dated 7/2 for additional charges for a Humidifier for Pap. Again, it appears there are duplicate charges & both charges are for what appears to be the same equipment 3/10/2026. If you read through the above as well as my Google review of 2022, you can see a pattern of very poor customer care. I also see another review about someone contacting Hart billing & also being hung up on as well as numerous negative reviews on Yelp & Trustpilot for Hart in general. The local Monclova OH office seems to fair better & they have been "nice" to deal with but the process of obtaining my equipment & billing issues just reinforces my desire to not work with them again and to let others know of my experiences.

    Denise Should Not Be in This Job!!…read more I've been getting the same medication filled at this pharmacy for months without issue until I had the extreme misfortune of dealing with Denise. Her attitude was aggressive, unprofessional, and downright hostile. Instead of calmly addressing any concern, she spoke over me, accused me of doing something illegal, and acted like she was itching to pick a fight. Let's be clear: this pharmacy had been filling my California provider's prescription without question. Denise decided that day to make a scene and block my access to a medication I rely on not based on any new policy, but seemingly to flex authority and humiliate a customer. She showed zero compassion, no willingness to listen, and treated me like a criminal for following the exact same process the pharmacy had accepted for months. Denise is not just rude she's a liability to this business. If this pharmacy values professionalism, they need to seriously reconsider her position. Her behavior was unacceptable and potentially dangerous to patients who depend on consistency and care.
