I have recently had my car repaired at Cleveland Auto Accident Repair Center. I would not recommend…read moretheir service to anyone based on the fact I had a repair to have on my rear bumper which was unsatisfactory. I made comment to those responsible who after looking over it stated 'was I serious?' I said yes as the was a distinct difference between the right side and left side surrounding the reflector. I was then told it was 'just a Hyundai This was an insult in my view inferring the substandard job was because it was a particular make of vehicle. It is a new Hyundai. I proceeded to ask what were they going to do about it. It had already been in the center for two days for this small repair over $500.00 worth. A discount which was flatly denied, although said they would fix it, I declined because of not being able to have another 2 days + for this repair which should have been repaired properly in the first place. Their attitude was appalling to say the least when I spoke to them and showed the panel beater. I was more or less told to suck it up. This encounter with the repairer at Cleveland Auto Accident Repair Center has been the worst I have ever experienced. If you want a far better result and service take you car to another repairer.
