i took my dog there for the second and last time on 2/11. they did exactly the opposite of what i clearly said at check-in. i asked for her facial hair trimmed and not shaved. i also clearly said i did not want her blown out. rather let her curls shows. a groomer came out and said "no problem. we have a special way to dry them to leave the curls." my dog came out - her face was totally shaved and she was all blown out! i was angry and let them know - to no avail. they asked me to take my hostility out and leave. never never go there. they pay no attention to your desires. the same thing happened the first time. i wanted to give them another chance since they are so close. never again! read more

I no longer recommend this business. I was once a long term client, however, their services seem to continue to decline. My 2 boxers used to go here for a reoccurring "appointment" every 4 weeks for a bath and teeth cleaning. In the beginning they would be done in an hour to an hour and a half. Then it slowly moved to 2 hours. My girls started to hate going. They can't tell me what happens when they are there. We've had issues where soap had gotten into one of my dog's eyes so bad that we had to made a vet visit (we are assuming it was soap). Her eye swelled so bad it wouldn't even open. Ok, things happen and we let it slide. It took 10 days for her eye to recover. They have also come home with mysterious marks on one of my dogs, which I assume was from another dog. When I called to ask about it. No one could tell me what happened. Now fast forward to current time and now it takes 3 1/2 to 4 hours to bathe them? It's just a bath... there is no grooming involved! I was told by the owner that my "appointment" time is not an actual appointment, but rather a drop off time and they will get to them when they get to them. We are no longer clients. On a positive note... (other than the owner's daughter) the staff there is very sweet and kind. read more

This is the worst place ever my husky did not like it there. I think they were mean to my dog but when he came home he just did not act right. Nothing was hurt on him. He just did not act right. I will take another animal and I certainly do not recommend this place for you fur babies. read more

I have been taking my dog to his favorite place, Scruffy to Fluffy for more than a year. He always looks great after a day at the spa. What I like most is the social aspect. He gets to "play" with other dogs. He is a maltipoo. They all care him!! Great place. read more

We've brought our senior cat in twice, once for a nail clipping and again to be groomed. The staff was helpful & patient and very kind to our fur baby. Prices are reasonable & you can't beat the quality! read more

First time taking a pet to the groomers ever and absolutely loves it. The ladies were so nice!!!

If I could leave a zero star I would. Never have I been angrier. Had an APPOINTMENT at 10:30am dropped my non social dog off amongst six or seven other dogs. She was terrified. I was told she would be washed shortly and "worked into the rotation," and I would be called in a few hours. A few hours came and went so I went to check on my dog. She was in the back and not one service including the washing had been performed on her yet. Are you freaking kidding me??? Three hours later and NOTHING had been done! When I appeared shocked I was brushed off, told it would be several more hours before my dog was groomed. Hell no. I don't know how they stay so busy but I do know my dog and I suggest any newcomers find another more professional groomer, unless you are looking for a doggy day care and not a groomer. read more
