If you're the DYI type, they also offer parts available in stock or order. The biggest asset is their billing process. Michelle or her assistant will call giving me a general idea of the cost and the appointment time. The technician is really good at keeping me updated with any delay or early arrival. Once the technician gives the work orders for the day, Michelle sends me a bill that I can immediately pay online. I am not affiliated or connected with the business in any way. However, I was recently asked because I spoke so well about the company. Honestly, I am honored. I had a situation last year that was causing me SERIOUS health issues. Being a new four season 5th wheel, I was unaware that the dealership filled the fresh water holding tank. I hadn't used it and the tank grew black mold. My son accidentally flipped the pump onto the on position giving me a mix of fresh and stored water. A team of two technicians drained, bleached, and then sterilized my tank and the lines in my unit. Making it safe to drink again. I just haven't ever worked with such knowledgeable and caring technicians.

Your interpretation of what was "wrong" with my vehicle was 100% BS, but you wouldn't hear it. So much for having empathy and kindness for others. Go elsewhere for your inspections. Jimmy and his crew are simply terrific. Polite and accommodating. Jimmy went out of his way to help us, and diagnosed a problem in the generator within minutes. Fixed within an hour. the repair would have required a replacement of the entire carburetor, but he was able to fix it and it runs perfectly. He has worked on our rig before, and is not only fast, he is thorough. I will return for routine maintenance, and repair as needed.

First visit was to have brakes checked. When I called to see about wait time, they said just come…read morein and they will take me. Sure enough next day I drove up and spoke with the manager, said no charge if I got brake work, $35 otherwise. They moved a car off the lift and took my truck in. Found some air in one brake line, bled it, added brake fluid and said my brakes were fine. I watched the whole thing, paid, and made appt for oil and filter change. When I came back for that service, it was done efficiently, all fluids topped off. They polished my headlight lenses which were getting cloudy, without being asked. I asked to check my ac as it seemed like it was not cooling well. There was a leak, the leaking valve was replaced, and one can of coolant gas added. The charge for everything was the cost of oil, filter, ac coolant, and one hour of labor. Amazing. They did what was asked, plus polishing headlights, did not try to up-charge for other filters, wiper blades, and other things that the last shop tried to do. Excellent service and value, timely, and friendly staff. This is my go to place now for auto service.

Well, my car has been at the BMW shop for a few days now due to what amounts to absolute…read moreincompetence or a deliberate act of destruction of my vehicle. Anyone who has ever worked in an auto repair shop should know to never use RED loctite on a bolt that you NEVER intend to remove. What's worse is that these people used RED loktite on single-use aluminum bolts. BMW informed me that entire transmission has to be dropped in order to drill out and re-tap the bolt holes. This isn't cheap and the lawsuit will be filed the moment the car exits the shop. Stay tunned. I will be posting photos of the loctite and the damage provided to me by BMW.
