This company is the worst. They are registered with Keystone for warranty repairs but after a Keystone authorized the repair and a 3 month run-around with no updates and ignoring messages and calls they say that it is not worth their time. This is how they treat a Marine Corps veteran? They are not military friendly and have no respect. I will ensure that they no longer do any service under Keystone. Don't make the same mistake I did. Russell provides amazing customer service. We were a week out from a 30 day RV trip and I lost my fridge, almost all my outlets, tv and ceiling fan. Russell was able to work us in and diagnosis and fix the problem. Additionally, He found holes in the roof of my slides I didn't even know existed and would have caused major problems the next rain we got. I was very grateful he found them! Russell was awesome. We had an issue with our new RV and would only be in San Antonio over nite. He was willing to come by after he finished his scheduled work to help us. He got there around 10. He did quality work, ensured that we had pictures and videos for insurance coverage and was also fun to talk to. He also priced his work very fairly.
