Nonetheless, it's good quality work. DELIVERY takes time. Usually the culprit of product defects. Better packaging would lessen defects. I look forward to ordering more stuff, as needed.

The ordering and returns process with Furnisho has been totally painless. The customer service team are extremely helpful and have always swiftly responded to our enquiries. The quality of the products Furnisho supply are excellent. The packaging is not always perfect as is the case with most deliveries we receive from couriers. I was told that they would have to look into it and I would get a call back later that day. I got no call so I emailed the following day and then later received an email saying: "Further to your call, and after consulting our dispatch team, I have been advised that unfortunately we are experiencing an issue with our supplier, whereby, they have advised that they are at present unable to fulfil any of our orders for Arco floor lamps within the expected time frame. They have advised that they are experiencing a problem with the manufacturing process itself which they are presently unable to put a time frame on resolving. Unfortunately, this would mean that the only way forward is for us to issue a full refund for the order unless you are wishing to wait, however we are in the unfortunate position that we cannot advise of a time frame of how soon this would be resolved." If I hadn't have called and chased I am sure that the company would not have contacted me. I now have nothing to give my other half and no time to re order one. I have not been offered any kind of replacement of alternative. I think the level of customer service is appalling and would definitely avoid this company in future.

After a while of looking around we decided on a bed and went to talk with the sales man, he was so friendly and helpful. He went through all the options discounts deliveries etc and managed to get us an amazing deal. The bed was delivered on time after about 2 days, and they helped set it up for us too! Overall a very good shop helpful staff would recommend for all your furniture needs.

Then we came across Admo Kitchens online and decided to pop into their branch. Honestly Mushtaq, Mohammad and Jay are some of the nicest and most genuine people you will meet. From conception to completion, the process couldn't have been better. We went for a German Häcker kitchen as I did a lot of research and found that this kitchen suited us the most. Admo were very competitive with their pricing and compared to some of the previous quotes that I had, I found Admo to be very reasonable. We also changed a few things as we went along and they were all so patient with us. Our kitchen extension was delayed due to a number of reasons and they were so understanding. At all times they considered our best interests and it was really refreshing to see that instead of being driven by how much money they will make like the bigger companies, it was quality and customer satisfaction that drove them to deliver a kitchen and service of such a high standard. The fitters, Altaf and Terry, were also lovely. They did a very good job and I couldn't be happier. They even came back to do a few extra things that I thought of after to add to the kitchen which was very nice of them. Overall, I would definitely recommend Admo over any of the bigger retailers. You will definitely get your money's worth along with a beautiful kitchen and great customer service!!

I visited Laura Ashley at Nugent Centre today and found a rug I liked in the sale. It was right at…read morethe back of a stack of rugs, so I asked an assistant if she could get it out for me to view. It wasn't easy as she had to lift all the ones in front to get the one I wanted, but she just got on with what was a lot of lifting without any fuss. I liked and bought the rug which is heavy, so I asked for assistance in carrying it to my car. Again no problem, she put it in a cover and carried it across the car park and into my car. I am delighted with the service today which made buying a heavy item so efficient and easy. Thank you, I will be back.
