Due to COVID I did not keep up with my dental care. My daughter-in-law and her friend recommended Sculpt. I was SO anxious and embarrassed to go because it had been over 2 years since my last cleaning etc. Nick, the gentleman at the front desk, asked me how I was doing and if he could help me with anything. He assured me I was not the only client that was in this situation. Then, I met Olivia and Laura. They could tell I was nervous and asked if I would like anything to drink or a blanket, neck pillow or if I wanted to choose anything else of the amenities list. Yes, they have comfort items. They offer headphones and you can watch TV while your dental needs are being met. I then met Dr. Suzy. WOW! A dentist that finally would listen to MY dental concerns. We talked for a while about my past experiences and what I would like for my future care. She corrected some minor issues. Asking me questions and giving me a variety of options. I had (key word) a very dark front tooth. When people met me they would focus on it instead of me. I didn't like my picture taken, I didn't like looking in the mirror and I tried not to smile a lot. Well, last week....... Dr. Suzy, Olivia, Laura and Nick, fixed my smile!!!!! Dr. Suzy was able to sculpt over my dark tooth!! I have a beautiful natural smile and I can't stop taking selfies now! It took a few hours from start to finish. Everyone was so kind and supportive. They took pictures from beginning to end so I could see the transformation. I have only had my new smile for 6 days! I have the confidence I have been seeking for 30 year. My family didn't notice at first and then once I told them they have been so happy for me. My husband noticed over the weekend that I was laughing and smiling more. He asked how I felt and I told him that I have never felt more like my true self until this week. NO MORE hiding behind the camera! The words Thank you are often used for gratefulness. These two words will never encompass the gratitude, happiness and joy this team has brought to my "new" life. OUTSTANDING Experience at Sculpt Dental Spa. If you are looking for a dentist - let me just make it easy for you... this is the place, I promise. From the moment I walked into Sculpt Dental, I felt like royalty. The office is beautiful, they offered me fresh fruit water and champagne, and while I waited, I relaxed in a private room with low lighting, soothing sounds and the most incredible full-body massage chair - I've never seen anything like this before. They have gone above and beyond to do everything possible to make patients feel comfortable and at ease at all times. The entire team was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I was a dental assistant for years... so I know everything that's happening. I knew that picking the right dentist was extremely important to work on my front tooth. I had an old filling that needed to be replaced but I also decided to fill a very small gap between my two front teeth. I assumed the answer would be a costly veneer. Dr. Suzie gave me options - she said she could fix it with a composite (white filling) I loved that she was conservative in the treatment recommended - not just offering the most expensive option. I knew a composite would take skill - she would need to shape my tooth by hand... Dr. Suzie is a true artist. I was VERY impressed by her attention to detail as well as Nick, her assistant. (He was awesome & fun!) They set me up with the TV and headphones - I watched a movie during the entire procedure. Both of them were precise and gentle - made sure they didn't forget to check on me and keep me comfortable. The results were beyond my expectations - such a natural-looking restoration. It's absolutely perfect. The entire office staff was so welcoming and supportive. It felt like I was among friends! Dr. Suzie and her staff have made going to the dentist actually feel like a trip to the spa. After moving to Charleston, I visited six dentists without obtaining my standards of excellence. Then wowzah- I was led to Sculpt Dental Spa, Dr. Suzi and Team, my needs and standards were finally met and are continually exceeded! Dr. Suzi and her professional, fun, kind, and talented team are incredible people. With each appointment, I leave happy because I've received impressive care and always have a fun appointment. I chipped my front tooth and visited multiple practices without feeling confident about my resolution. Dr. Suzi explained my options and provided the confidence I needed to proceed. She offers outstanding dental services on a continual basis. Most importantly she restored my beautiful smile! I get so many unexpected compliments, which is nice. I've been going to Sculpt for ~ 2 years now and it's a positive experience every. single. time. Today specifically I had such a great experience with Dr. Miki and her dental assistant, Sadie! From the moment I walked in, Sadie made me feel comfortable and at ease. She's warm, professional, and incredibly attentive--she explained each step clearly and checked in often to make sure I was doing okay. Dr. Miki was equally fantastic--thorough, gentle, and very knowledgeable. They both took the time to answer my questions and made the whole visit feel smooth and stress-free. You can tell they make a great team :) I genuinely felt cared for and respected throughout my appointment. I joked that they get cavities filled so quickly that it feels like a Nascar pit stop - painless, quick and easy! Additionally, Olivia and Jessica were incredibly helpful in resolving an appointment issue I was having. They were patient, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was clarified and corrected quickly. I recently had dental work done at Sculpt Dental Spa--including fillings, crowns and a teeth cleaning--and the entire experience was phenomenal. From start to finish, the service was not only efficient but also incredibly friendly and welcoming. Dr. Suzie and Dr. Miki were absolutely amazing. They made me feel so comfortable in the chair, explaining everything clearly and working with a level of professionalism and care that truly put me at ease. This dental practice is incredible. I have bad dental anxiety after having many bad experiences in the past and had two fillings today at sculpt dental. I was so anxious but everyone was so kind and lovely to me! The hygienist (I think her name was Olivia) was so patient. I told her my concerns and she made sure to verbalise them to the dentist when she came in the room so I knew I was being heard - she was so empathic. Dr Suzy is also amazing! She never hurt me once and took so much time to make sure I was comfortable. The whole practice is very comfortable and they have extra things like a blanket and headphones to watch TV to put you at ease. I am truly blown away by this experience and how kind all the staff were. I'm never going anywhere else!! read more

Nick, Laura, Olivia, and Dr. Susie are amazing! This was my first time in, and everyone was so nice. It was easy to make an appointment over the phone with Nick, and easy to reschedule when I got COVID. After I rescheduled, Nick even let me know about a sooner spot that had just opened up. I ended up having my very first cavity, and instead of scheduling a treatment appointment, they were able to fit me in right then at the same time. The experience was very comfortable as you're able to watch Netflix on the ceiling with noise cancelling headphones the whole time! Gilmore Girls was nice and distracting from having my first cavity drilled. I will definitely be returning twice a year, especially since my Delta insurance covers it. read more
