I had just got done with a conference and had had too little exercise for too long, and was searching for a yoga studio in Naples. I emailed the email address on the website to check what times classes would be happening (the schedule online is not really up to date), and she told me I could come the next morning at 10:30. 15 euro for an hour and a half of instruction. Valerie was very good at cueing in English (for an Italian speaker), and just giving hands-on assistance if she couldn't explain it to you. She even took photos for us during class! Class started with a series of sun salutations, and then there was quite a bit of very aerial yoga (see pictures), stuff I never thought I could manage, but was tailored to each person's level. Highly recommend, especially if you're on vacation and have the time to spare, it was a wonderful experience.
