Initial responses were timely and we were looking forward to working with Stuart especially based on the number of 5 star ratings and great reviews, but reality did not live up to expectation. Seems like he is genuinely well intentioned to be flexible with scheduling, and apologetic for late replies and late responses, but poor follow through was main reason we decided to work with someone else. Did not show up at the agreed upon time (which had actually been rescheduled to later in the day per his request, and rescheduled from the day prior due to an injury, which had actually been rescheduled from a few days prior because it was getting to be too late at night for a visit). Glad I did not need to take time off work since there was no notification of not being able to make it, so essentially felt like an entire day was wasted. Better organization, more comprehensive and clear communication, and time management may have resulted in a better outcome. read more

Sterling Douglas is the owner and operator and does all of his own electrical work in a professional manner with the best possible efficiency and quality of electrical equipment available. I hired Sterling for an impossible project of re wire my old outdated 1968 paramount double wide mobile home. He came out on time and very confident that he could get it done and he could do it right. Sterling gave me a very reasonable quote and he promised and honored every single word he said. I think he is the most honest and trustworthy man I ever met. He was always in Contact with me about times he was on his way and made sure that he cleaned up after him self and each night when he was done. Of course the house had to be in a disaster for him to work in with furniture and everything still around during this extremely difficult job but he never complained. He just worked around it. I couldn't have hired a better electrician for the job! I highly recommend him for any project that needs to be done. I actually decided to have all of my light switches replaced and recessed lighting installed. A couple of bathroom heating,lighting fans installed and updated ceiling fans to make sure everything is updated on this old model mobile home. Our new lighting makes our home look modern. The six new recessed lights have dimmers on them that I love. They are so pretty. I also had him install a new dishwasher that I didn't even know I had a space for. Sterling looked at the kitchen cabinet next to my sink and said "I think I could install a dishwasher if you want. I was just over the top at that idea and told him please do!! It turned out awesome. we agreed on the price of $250. he came to the job and did not have everything needed to complete the job. he did not have an outlet box GFI. I had one and let him use that one. I gave him wago connectors for the wires. he had no problems installing the outlet box. when it came time to pay, he started adding onto the price. He added on for the price of the 2 feet of wire and the holesaw. for an extra 44 more dollars. I think this should have been stated in the beginning before he even started working. I paid him what he ask but was not happy about added charges that was not quoted. I will not recommend SD read more
