You will be frustrated and may make costly mistakes because you can't reach your accountant with questions. You will be stressed out because your open window is closing and you can't reach your accountant. If you are accustomed to submitting information using a secure portal, the software Levy uses is glitchy and they do not know how to troubleshoot issues.
