We sat up at the bar and met Vince, the owner/bartender, and over the course of about 2 hours we kabitzed with Vince and simply chatted about France in general, soccer (there was a screen behind the bar showing a soccer match), American football, music, you name it. Vince has got an interesting collection of Star Wars items sprinkled around here and there, and simply created a nice place for people to just come in, imbibe, and sit to chat with friends.
