The true test is when we return a few times a year the pool should be clean, not perfect but basically clean. The pool was dirty upon our return to FL, not horrible but dirty like it hadn't been touched in a week or two and you can tell there are no chemicals in the water. We were here at home for a week upon our return and nobody came to clean the pool so finally the wife called and complained about this and the "owners" response was maybe you should find another pool company. Well it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know you should never talk to your customer that way. So they were promptly fired. I can get any pool company to come out and spend 10min or less on the pool but apparently this was even too much. Now when I test all the chemicals I can bet $ that there are none in the pool, a waste of my time and $. Next! Updated... I went through the pool and cleaned it all up and of the six or so chemical tests they all failed there wasn't one category of chemical that didn't fail except PH was reasonable by luck but this pool hardly ever has PH issues.

I have used "this pools for you" for about a year. My pool was looking dirty and algae was forming…read morearound the perimeter. I had my pool water evaluated and found several inadequate levels of chemicals in the water. I called and left a voicemail regarding my concern. I was informed that Jim had a couple of pools prior to cleaning mine and that He probably was out of chemicals and sand when He got to my pool. That they would correct the issue the next time they cleaned the pool. Jim showed up and explained that most of the levels were acceptable. A couple of days later I received a notice that they were discontinuing the service and I needed to look elsewhere. I should also add that several months ago my pump was not providing a good flow of water through the system. Jim advised that it was probably a valve. I replaced the valve as he recommended but it did not correct the issue. I did some troubleshooting and found that the pool filter was filthy and would not allow water to pass through it...I cleaned the filter and it corrected the issue. I would not recommend "this pools for you"...
