We made the request on a Tuesday. Took three days to even get a response. Then at 10pm on Saturday get a text from the Saunders agent saying they can't show the house Sunday. No explanation nothing! Then my agent asks at all? Is there another time? No response. So on Sunday morning I call Saunders and speak to a very nice woman - Allison. I ask for a manager. I call back a couple hours later because she indicated she may be able to find someone to show me the house. When I call back she says she's transferring me to Vince. When I get transferred he answers as just - hi. I say hi I'm Kathryn. And he jumps into the owners said no they have guests. I say that's fine and I understand plans change and as I'm about to ask when can we see it. He jumps into there's nothing I can do. I say well you should have given a reason when you cancelled and let my agent know. He texted you back and you didn't respond. He then stated getting even angrier and saying well I did respond your agent didn't like the timeframe I responded in and started yelling at me so horribly that I had no choice but to hang up on him. I was literally verbally accosted and all I wanted was to find a new time to see the house. The house I want to buy that he will get commission from! I certainly won't be going to see the house now and additionally won't be buying any house that Saunders represents even if it's my dream home! Saunders you have Victor Horsacitas to thank. Never in my life have I been spoken to so rudely. Good luck selling your properties with this kind of customer service. How does one give negative stars.

She was pleasant enough to deal prior to our arrival, but was nearly unresponsive when we had issues with the rental - no air conditioning, pool heater not working, etc. The owner of the property has illegally withheld our entire security deposit, and The Corcoran Group refused the respond to my repeated requests for the owner's contact information. Instead Alison Barwick-Bissat insisted on trying to mediate the dispute, which is expressly forbidden in the contract I signed. The entire transaction was a disappointment, and while 106 Halsey Lane is a nice home, I would never ever deal with that owner, with Alison Barwick-Bissat or with The Corcoran Group Southampton again.

She actually did the same to me where I rented 215 Roses Grove Road in Southampton NY. She was kind and pleasant to rent me the house and had a previous leak which was literally repaired before we got there (heaters still in the room to dry the ceiling) and of course the bathroom flooded while we were there, in the same spot where it was supposedly fixed prior to us getting there WAS leaking. She kept all of my security deposit claiming it's a whole different leak from the one prior, mind you it was leaking from the same spot. It's seems like it's a trend for Allison Barwick-Bissat to just do whatever to takes to keep your deposit. Do not rent from her, no matter how nice of a house she might have for rent. Stay far away from this lady! She's a con artist that takes advantage of innocent people. She's giving the Corcoran Group a poor image just by her being a part of the group - it's such a shame.
