    Horrible Service very hard to get applications and documents to process sales. I can see why Jonathans Landing dropped them.

I had no late payment issues with the four previous property management companies. However, since Allied Property Management took over, I've been charged late fees on three occasions in 2023 and twice in 2024. When I provided bank confirmation showing checks were delivered by the 27th of the month, Zindi Rios from Allied claimed the checks were late because they weren't cashed by the end of the month. After I presented the payment coupon, which clearly states late fees are applied if payments are not received by the 30th, she changed her explanation and insisted that Allied hadn't received the checks by the end of the month. To resolve the issue, my bank contacted Allied to verify the status of the checks. However, Zindi Rios falsely claimed no late fee was assessed, leading to the denial of my reimbursement request. This misrepresentation is concerning. After reviewing the Better Business Bureau (BBB) website, I discovered Allied has 10 complaints filed against them, with seven related to payment issues. This pattern reflects a lack of professionalism and accountability, raising concerns about the company's practices.

Be careful of this company not an excellent choice to have manage your property or rent from. I left my last apartment in perfect conditions besides carpet understandable! I have pictures to prove it! Redicuclous!!! I requested screens for the windows and I had to put tape up to the windows and I'm quite sure that tape is still up to the windows because they wouldn't dare replace them. lizards would come in and out of the windows because the screens are so old. Looking at this tenet claimable items list they mailed to me Is bogus AC filter $20 to deep clean the apartment $154. I should've just left the apartment in horrible conditions but I didn't carpet cleaning I can understand toilet seat to be replaced $20 what a joke nothing was wrong with the toilet seat and attach a soap dispenser nothing was wrong with it! the apartment lightbulbs throughout the apartment $50 what a joke a refund of 92$ from 700 is crazy !! #bewarepeople. We moved to California in 2007 and managed our property on our own for the first three years, which was very stressful because of the time difference among other things. We were getting ready to evict the "tenant from hell" when we found Real Property Management of Palm Beach. I remembered my initial phone conversation with Marcus for over an hour. It stood out in my mind because we hadn't yet hired him but he was so patient and sympathetic with what we were going through. I decided I didn't want to spend another Christmas vacation in Florida at the Delray Beach Courthouse, so we contracted with Real Property Management. They helped us handle the eviction and oversaw the major renovations to the interior of the property. The property was restored to picture-perfect condition and we had a tenant within a month. Our 2010 experience with the "tenant from hell" paled in comparison to what happened just last summer of 2013. Our property had one of those behind-the-wall, hard to detect leaks. We needed mold remediation and reconstruction. Real Property Management oversaw the extensive 3-month project, which included facilitating tenant move-out and re-entry; identifying the best mold specialist, air conditioning repair team, and contractor; and coordinating with the insurance company. Marcus also provided regular check-ins and reassurances to ease our mind. He made sure our tenants were comfortable and also felt supported. The whole ordeal was well-handled. I am SO HAPPY AND SATISFIED with Real Property Management. While they represent the landlords, they really do understand that the tenants are also important. They are polite, courteous, patient and responsive (they get back to you right away). I trust them and have recommended them to my friends with properties in Florida.

I had researched many properties management companies online in the Fort Lauderdale area. I happened to come across Icon Realty Management and Brokerage. After reading the great reviews and my conversation with Ben and finally meeting him at the property. I decided to have them manage my property. Within 2 days of Icon Realty having the property in their listings, it was rented on day 2 (two). Ben, At Icon Realty has truly been professional and responsive thought the whole process. I believe that Icon Realty was involved in hacking my bank account. I leased an apartment in the heart of las olas/Fort Lauderdale from December 2016, from Atlantic loft llc. I agreed to pay a 2 month security deposit of $2400 as well as first, last and security (pretty standard) got my key, etcétera. After 2 different companies handling our property, ICON Realty came in January 2020 and revamped property by implementing a ***online payment service ***** aka , a way to get into your bank account. I questioned who this is and why I had to use this system to pay, not only to be replied with "It is our new system and you have to use it, you must pay rent this way or consult your attorney" As I went ahead and used it but decided to not renew my upcoming ending lease of 3/30/20. I emailed, texted and explain that I would not be renewing the lease because not only I don't trust the payment system, I had a very difficult time communicating with Benjamin (who by the way runs the whole thing). He ignored all my calls and the ones he replied, he did very rudely. I promptly moved out on schedule and handed him the keys along with my original lease agreement. He took the keys and said that He did not have a refund and I would need to wait 30 days to receive one on the mail. Now 30 days later. My bank account has been HACKED and bank investigated the multiple charges leading back to that January rent payment. I have been getting random withdrawals from different wiring entities totaling over 1k so far. Due to covid19, I can not yet file a claim in court. And the reason I am writing this is to WARN tenants and landlords about companies like this! I am attaching the refund check I just received. What a joke! See you in court.
