I would give 0 stars if possible. WORST company. I was told that I had cable included in my HOA by the listing agent, our application agent, and by a correspondent at Seacrest (who said that it's Comcast) and then I found out that we might not. Where do you get Comcast from if we may not have cable included and why tell me that it's included??? I was told that I had 3 different property managers, two of which NEVER responded to my email to politely say "oh hey, I am not actually your property manager but so and so is so please email them." It took 1 1/2 weeks to get the one (out of 2) gate transponders and fobs that I paid for. TERRIBLE communication. They just want money!!! read more

The staff at sea crest west palm beach are the rudest people I ever met. They don't care about the people they are dealing with at all. They are unresponsive to emails and do not return phone calls. Our leaser and realtors did everything that was asked of them and sea crest staff could care less. They are a nightmare! They have delayed the move in for our tenant. I paid 500 dollars and tenant 200 dollars and haven't contacted the community to set up interview. Never using this company for management! read more

Simply extortionists, CREATING UNSUBSTANTIATED FINES for their own revenue gain. We live in Andros Isle. After the recent hurricane in 2017 we put up and took down our shutters within the allotted time according to the HOA guidelines and in fact helped several of the elderly residents on our block with theirs. Two of the accordion shutters were stuck and I had to wait two extra days until my husband came home from a business trip to open them. They charged us a $1,000 fine. We were not allowed to plead our case and they denied us of amenities access and cutoff our car access to the guard gate. After a tree went down in our yard, we had it professionally cut down and taken to the street for pick-up. Because the city of Palm Beach was delayed a week due to the extensive workload after the hurricane, we received another $1,000 fine. read more

This is by far the WORST company to deal with. Their customer service people are rude, disrespectful and could care less about the people in the community. This includes the property manager. They are unresponsive to e-mails and are quick to place blame for mistakes on others. It is a shame that a company that deals with senior citizens has no respect or patience with the elderly. We live in the community "The Pines", and our HOA is Seacrest Services. This is THE WORST association I have ever come in contact with! Customer service is no help, and property managers don't do their jobs. First off, everytime you call, customer service is never able to give you direct answers, or any help at all for that matter, and instead only always tell you that they'll create a request and send it to the property manager. That's all they do. You've called and put in 20 requests for the same issue and haven't gotten ANY help yet, and would like to try another way to solve a problem? Sorry, they can't do anything else for you, let's just put in ANOTHER request to the property manager. And they will never give you the property managers direct line, you can only send another request and hope that this time they'll answer. Secondly, the property managers are horrible at their job. My boyfriend and I own our home and have been living here for the past 2 years. Any time there's any issues, we have to constantly call and make requests, and only seldom do we here back from our property manager, and even then she isn't much help at all. 3 examples: A new rule was put in place several months ago where everyone from the community has to have a tag on their car to show that they live there. Their offices were supposedly being opened 2 hours later than usual during the time when everyone was supposed to be getting the tags, so my bf and i left work early on one of the last days this was being done to get our tags. We got there at least 1 1/2 hours before the offices were supposed to close, and NO ONE was there. Everything was closed. We tried calling multiple times to let the property manager know and ask how we could get our tags, and NEVER got a response. Till this day we still haven't received our car tags. Another example, my boyfriends car very recently broke down, so we've had it parked in a guest parking. The cars tag was also expired, and it has a flat tire, all 3 of which we've been trying to fix. All of a sudden we get a notice on our car saying that our car was getting towed within 24 hours if we didn't move it. We get home from work late, so we didn't see it until very late in the afternoon. As soon as we saw the note, we called right away and were trying to get in contact with the property manager to explain to her oir situation and see what could be done. We were told that a request was put in and she would call us before the hour. We waited and nothing. Called multiple times again both that day and the next, left several messages, and NOTHING. We ended up having to leave work and miss half a day (the both of us) to physically go to the office and see if we could get help. We spoke to a lady at the front desk, and also another manager, and they both said that they would put in ANOTHER request, this time "expedited" to our property manager to get in contact with us. That's all they could do and any questions we asked we were told they couldn't answer and we had to speak with her. We get home and our car is already towed. Then FINALLY she calls and basically says that she's sorry but there's nothing she could do, and that it was our fault for not "informing her of our situation right away" as soon as we saw the notice. UM, THAT'S WHAT WE WERE TRYING TO DO THE WHOLE TIME!!! YOU'RE THE ONE THAT DIDN'T DO YOUR JOB LADY! She said other stuff basically blaming us for the whole thing, and ended with "and just know the board won't do anything about this" without me even mentioning anything about the board. What a vile lady she is. 3rd example, our roof has been in terrible condition for the past 2 years. Ever since we saw the condition of the roof, we've been contacting Seacrest to come at least LOOK at the roof themselves since it is their responsibility for everything outside the home, and they've refused. It was the same game trying to get in contact with someone as with every other issue, the property manager lied and made us go through all these hoops before coming to check out the roof, and when we did everything that she had asked of us and it was time to send someone to check the roof, she said that the "board" had decided that if the roof wasn't giving us any problems at the moment that they weren't going to do anything about it and to call them when it gave us problems. We had even shown them pictures of in how bad of a condition our roof was in, and they still said that! She even said I should find someone and pay myself to check on the roof situation. Even though in the contract we signed THEY are responsible for it. That has got to be illegal! I tried getting a lawyer for that one, but couldn't afford it at the moment so I had to let it be. What am I supposed to do, wait for the roof to fall on us so that they'll at least look at it?! I have a toddler and am pregnant, and if ANYTHING happens to my kids because of that roof, I will SUE Seacrest Services in a heartbeat,no matter the cost! read more

My "Seacrest" Services Inc. experience helps define poor customer service. On September 3rd I notified Seacrest Services Inc. of bees in the condo. I have been attempting to have Seacrest Services Inc. remove two bee's nest from outside the condo I rent for almost a weeks' time. I called and reported this issue as the bees began coming inside the unit and stinging my daughter and I while asleep. I was referred to the extermination and bug control company they use and it was determined last Thursday two hives exist. I was then instructed I need to deal with Seacrest in order to remove the hives, as this company does not perform this type of service. I left three messages for "Jay" Holman the part time property manger on Thursday and Friday. I was told by "Dave" in customer service it was being "looked"into. I spoke with "Tracy" "Dave" and "Jay" who mentioned there is a "process" which needs to take place, including having the "Board" at Alexandria Villiage approve the work order to remove the hives. I spoke again to "Tracy" who at this time was not pleased with my persistence and did not hide the fact she was agitated, and was told by her "I should hear back from Jay in the next 24 hours". I called "Jay" (my patience is running thin) and he stated "yea I went by the property and saw a few flies" and will let you know what we will do. I still maintained composure but could not accept his tone; as if I cannot distinguish the difference between flies and a swarm of bees. It is Monday evening on September 9th 2013 and there is still not any resolution in site. UPDATE..... I just met with a bee removal company and the hive is over three feet long and attached to the condo and goes into the roof's eve. Living in Century Village, West Palm Beach for 8 years, I have dealt with Seacrest and others, and I have to say after reading some of the reviews, The first thing I would recommend is to review the Florida Statutes with Condo or HOA laws. There are things people are complaining about and Have little to do with Seacrest and more to do with their HOA/COAs. Learn the differences, attend the HOA/COA classes given by the some of the local Law offices or Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Once you educate yourself, then you can know what it is you should be complaining about. Read the contract you have with your Management Company so you can know exactly what services they are actually obligated to do for you. YOU as the customer (as a group) hires the company you want working for you. I occasionally have a complaint, and as a Board member of my COA, I will normally get the answer I am looking for. I deal with Seacrest for two associations and am very satisfied with them overall. Things like the roof is something that is handled by the association, not Seacrest. We may ask for recommendations from them and for bids, but they do not always get whatever job we require. When they do, we are usually very satisfied with the work. My suggestion would be to get involved with your Board, and generally have the board call Seacrest. I would recommend Seacrest. read more

One of the worst companies ever! They have delayed my closing on my condo because they haven't processed my HOA application in a timely manner. When I call, I can never get anyone on the phone. They NEVER return messages. They don't answer emails. They have completely screwed me over. They don't care about me, the little homeowner. All they care about are the communities who pay them to manage their properties. I sure hope some of the communities they represent will see this and switch to someone who treats their residents better. I know that as soon as I do finally close on my condo, I will be addressing this issue with the Board. read more

The worst mistake our gated community ever made was hiring Seacrest Services. Their employees (both on-site and off-site) are extremely rude, disorganized and don't know how to process monthly payments correctly or in a timely manner. They don't answer your calls, send threatening letters to residents with 34 years of home ownership in the same community, and don't have any accountability or professionalism. We're going to the Better Business Bureau about this one, and will band together with our neighbors to have Seacrest fired (and many neighbors have been complaining about them too). Whatever you do, don't let your community hire Seacrest Services. Run in the opposite direction as fast as possible! read more

They got 1 star because there isn't a lesser option to choose. Do yourself a favor and avoid any dealings with this company. The only time I spoke to an actual person is when I went to their office, and the receptionist couldn't have been less cooperative and helpful. And that was the best part of their customer service. I've been calling and leaving messages for 2 weeks without the decency of a phone call back yet. I called to speak with someone in charge only to get redirected in circles around their automated system and never got an actual person or even a voicemail. Meanwhile my clients have been waiting with the belongings in a moving van for 2 weeks and this company can't even give them the decency of confirming that they have actually received their package and it is being processed. Seacrest Services is an unprofessional business. Dealing with these people was a headache from the beginning. Their sales and lease person also known as Nicole is very irresponsible. She never EVER returns phone calls and does not care to help. DO NOT pay the 100$ for expedition of your documents they will NOT have them done within the 5 days. If you have the option to wait, save yourself the money and do so. These people do not know what they are doing, how to run a business or how to treat their clients. As previously stated, Seacrest Services is unprofessional and so are their employees. read more
