She left a voicemail and because they didn't see it till the next morning they gave the party to someone else the night before. The service here is not cheap and I expect better customer service somewhere else. Thank you will not be coming back. Please save your time and money don't come here. In our first class I allowed Chewy to hold the baby and pull her through the water. It was fine, but he got her ears wet inside and she also choked and coughed on some water. So at the top of the second class, I stated I would prefer to hold her myself and copy what he was doing. He grumbled about it, stating that he was the teacher and we have to trust him. I told him it wasn't personal at all, I was just more comfortable holding her myself since she is still so little. I thought everything was fine, but when we entered the pool for the third class, Chewy stated that if we were not going to cooperate and allow him to hold the baby, we could "leave the pool." He kicked us out of the class for wanting to hold our own baby!! I could not believe it. The owner, Jim, was nearby. We went to speak with Jim and he said it was fine to hold our baby and allowed us to continue in the class. Chewy did not look at or speak to us for the rest of our time there. Extremely unprofessional young man and does not understand working with small babies and their parents. We paid $92 for three classes that lasted 25 minutes. I prefer not to spend that kind of money to be treated that way.

What stood out most was how safe and comfortable they made us feel throughout the entire certification. We felt 100% supported in the water, especially while learning in the challenging conditions of Monterey Bay. They took the time to make sure we understood each skill and felt confident before moving forward. Their experience and wealth of knowledge really showed, and they were always happy to answer questions and share helpful tips. Getting certified in Monterey Bay was an incredible experience, and having Kent and Matt as our instructors made it even more memorable. We couldn't have asked for better instructors and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get certified. We will absolutely be using them again for future certifications!

The new office "manager" stated i would get a discount for the 4 months due and the new cost would be $130 for the previous months and $100.00/month from here on out. So, not only were the payments not pulled, but the monthly cost increased with no notice what so ever. Fine, I went into the gym during the next class and provided a check for $230.00 for the new "manager" to tell me the owner said they couldn't honor the discount offered and agreed to and that the $230.00 would only go toward the balance due, and not the current month as well. I emailed the gym with my concerns and asked for them to unenroll my child and delete my auto pay as there was no option to do this online and I got no response. The next Tuesday comes around and I get charged $50.00 for August, when she hasn't attended one class in August yet. I had to call my bank and dispute the charge as it was not correct and not authorized. I left another voicemail with no response. Shocker!! On top of this, the gym is dirty every single time we go in there. Tons of dust and garbage. They had a Greenwaste garbage can inside that smelt terrible for the first few months as well. The coach is great, but the back office, cleanliness and organization is severely lacking. In summary, unless you want to babysit the staff here, don't enroll.

There is a lot of space, great natural light, they had a little bounce house set up in addition to all the normal gym apparatus and adults got to play and try out everything too! They had a table set up (with birthday tablecloth) and plates, forks, napkins and even party favors. And the young lady in charge was very chill and giving pointers to the kids (and adults) who wanted to try new things/ improve their skills. I would highly recommend this venue for parties! My daughter also does a weekly class here and we've had a wonderful experience with good instructors in a laid back atmosphere which has been a nice introduction into the world of gymnastics.

My daughter just had a great experience with Shark Camp a few days ago…read more She always wants to be a marine biologist. I signed her up after we learned about it through summer camp fair in San Jose, even though I knew I have to drive her all the way down to Santa Cruz for 2 days with my little one for this camp. She liked the coaches Mary Cate and Helaina. They are super nice and knowledgeable. My daughter said she learned a lot from them about all sorts of interesting facts about marine animals. They went out whale watching and saw not only Humpback whales, but also Great white sharks close by. They went out tide pool observation, saw a lot of interesting sea creatures and learned more about their natural habitats. They went out even touching swell sharks inside marine discovery center and learned they sleep during the day and are active at night. It was a very fun 2-day camp for my daughter. And it turns out that the rest of my family enjoyed the beach playing with sand crabs, tide pool hiking and patting sharks as well. I highly recommend this responsible, energetic and fun Shark Camp team!
